Tchenrezi represent the compassion in the tibetan Bouddhism, here compassion means the unique taste of everything; I have choose a very pure background to express the calm feeling of the meditation of "Chiné" or "Samatha" witch is the pacification of the mind.

Tchenrezi représente la compassion dans le Bouddhisme Tibétain, par compassion on entend plus l'unique saveur de toute choses, ou l'équanimité. Dans cette peinture j'ai choisi de peindre un fond très épuré pour exprimer la sensation de calme dans la méditation de "Chiné" ou de "Samatha" qui est la pacification de l'esprit.

Vajravarahi est l'une des divinités de méditation majeure du Bouddhisme Tibétain. Symbole féminin de la sagesse, elle représente l'union de la vacuité de la luminosité, propre à l'état naturel de l'esprit. Son symbolisme courroucé représente la destruction de l'égo.

Vajravarahi is one of the principal meditation divinity of the Tibetan Buddhism. Female symbol of the wisdom, she represent the union of the emptyness and the luminosity, witch are the natural state of mind. Her wrathful symbolism represent the destrcution of the ego.

D 'après une légende Hindouiste, l’univers serait né sur le dos d'une tortue. Dans cette peinture, ce trouve les différents moyens qui permettent de transcender l'esprit. De gauche à droite se trouve, un aborigène jouant de la musique, le Bouddha en méditation, un druide fumant une plante hallucinogène, et un chaman réalisant une transe. Au centre de la peinture se trouvent l'arbre et le serpent qui sont à l'origine de la vie.

According to an Hindouist legend, the univers was created on the back of a turtle. In this painting the different way of transceding the mind are represented. From left to right, is, an aboriginal playing some music, the Bouddha meditating, a Druid smoking some hallucinogen herb, and a chaman praticing a trans. In the center, a tree and a snake are painted to represent the origin of life.
