Is there a possibility that Charlie and Vaggie will have children in canon??
That’s a good question, although I think we’ll have to wait and see how Medrano decides to handle it. We’ll have to see if, by the end of the series, Charlie and Vaggie end up becoming the queens of Hell, if they get married, and if at any point they want to start a family.
As for the possibility of them having children, I think they can. Within the logic of the series, I imagine it would involve some kind of magic. That’s my personal interpretation, because so far we don’t know exactly how it would work.
The other possibility —which I’d rather not mention, though you probably already know which one I mean— also exists, but it seems much less likely to me, unless Charlie has some special ability that allows her to do it that way.
We’ll just have to wait and see what the story decides to show in the future.
In any case, based on what Erika and Medrano herself said on the podcast, their relationship doesn’t seem to be going through its best phase, to put it mildly.
And honestly, that worries me.
Especially since there are also rumors circulating that Charlie might regress as a character instead of evolving. And that, personally, doesn’t quite make sense to me. As the protagonist, I think she should have a clear arc: maturing, learning from her mistakes, growing as a person, and continuing to seek what’s best for her world as Lucifer’s daughter.
That's why I don't like the idea of seeing her go in the opposite direction.
Medrano already made Charlie pretty hard to stand in season two, and the thought that she might get even worse in season three is frustrating to me. I hope it's just a rumor and that they'll ultimately surprise us with a positive development for the character.
