trying out sketching in procreate again, trying to summon some autumn weather edit: since people have been asking, this is now available on prints and tea towels in my shop!

I relate so much to the no phone section. Checking my phone first thing in the morning stress me a lot during the day, even If i only check insta.
The ABCDE Method: Accomplish Tasks more Efficiently
I recently came across the ABCDE method that’s similar to what I do to stay productive each day: instead of lumping up all your tasks, sort them into categories and tackle each of them differently. Here’s an outline of the method. Hope it helps :)
Hello everybody, this is part one of my new minimalism series. I hope you like it and find it useful.
****************************************************************************************
1. Declutter your personal space: First off, you’re gonna have to clear your mind and you can do that by starting with your personal belongings, such as your clothes, your makeup, your stationery, products, and any other objects that you might have a lot of. While you’re decluttering your space, remember to not get attached to things, because they’re just things and if they remind you of a certain memory, it will still be there even without the item. Another thing is that objects do not have feelings, they are just tools that you use to satisfy your needs, and some of them need to go. 2. Find your own personal style: Decide on what you really like and what you do not, you don’t have to follow the trends and buy things that you don’t necessarily like just to fit in with others. Keep things that make you feel comfortable and get rid of the rest. 3. People will not notice: If you declutter and you end up with fewer clothes or fewer makeup items, people will not notice that you have the same 5 or 8 shirts or the same 3 pants. If they do notice, you don’t have to explain yourself, because there’s nothing wrong with that as long as your clothes are clean. 4. Less digital time: We all love to spend time on our phones, consuming digital content. However, taking a day off social media, for instance, will make you feel less stressed, and you will get to enjoy the simple things around you even more. 5. Turn off notifications: Most of the time, we receive so many notifications throughout the day that we can’t focus on our work/study. Therefore, if you turn off your notifications, you feel more in control of your phone and your time, and you do not get distracted easily. 6. Sort out your phone/computer files: In addition to decluttering objects and clothes in your personal space, you can also organize your phone and computer by deleting the apps that you do not actually use, delete pictures and files that you don’t necessarily want to keep but they’re just there because you forgot about them. You can also organize your computer’s desktop and put everything into classified files to have easier access to them later. 7. The most important thing is that you have fun while doing all that, and make sure that you are enjoying the process.
Hi there, here is the second part of my minimalism series, I hope you enjoy it and find it useful.
1. Space to find yourself:
It’s during your 20’s when you experience the most important things in your life, so life can get pretty messy and overwhelming. Therefore, minimalism will give you a clear headspace to grow in peace.
2. Saving money:
You get your first full-time job during your 20’s after you graduate, and sometimes you might find yourself overspending on things that you really don’t need, instead of saving some of that money for future personal projects that you will benefit from and become financially independent.
3. Better entourage:
Minimalism can also help you in building a few long-lasting relationships that will positively affect you for the rest of your life, instead of having many friends who may have a negative impact on you.
until next time, good luck with life.
Oum.
