Sierra grinned into the second kiss that Valeria pulled her into. A swift kick to the door shut it, causing it to lock automatically. “Well, if you insist,” she chuckled, her hands slipping down her thighs before hooking under them and lifting the vampire up to carry her towards the bedroom. “Any particular toys I should grab to check things off your bedroom bucket list, or should we improvise as we go.” Her hands slipped to her ass, squeezing and massaging the flesh.

Kissing Sierra felt so easy and she didn’t want to stop. “I do insist,” she promised. A small noise of surprise escaped as she was lifted from the ground. She wrapped her arms around Sierra’s neck, wrapping her legs around her waist as well to secure herself. “That was really hot. I think most of the things on my list involved your hands but I welcome any surprises,” the vampire purred, enjoying having Sierra’s hands on her body. After all their flirting and talk, she couldn’t wait to see what the other woman would come up with.

“Well, perhaps you simply needed to marry a woman instead, I can tell you that my wife has given me happiness and pleasure for many centuries, women know how to please each other” she chuckled, giving her a wink. “Then I have some competition for the affections of the gorgeous female slaves that may appear” she mused “I cannot say I know of this wolf you speak of” she then nodded “Oh I am sure there is, I can be extremely persuasive afterall”

“Perhaps I do, I just need to find a woman willing to put up with me for long enough to marry me,” she laughed. It had always been in the back of her mind but Valeria hadn’t found someone she wanted to spend that much time with. “Perhaps. It’s lucky that there’s such a variety of girls to choose from. I’m sure we can both find something to play with without stepping on toes,” she replied. There was also a variety of tastes and she doubted they looked for the same things. “That’s good, maybe I don’t want to share her,” Valeria teased. “I have no doubt that you could get someone to kneel at your feet, probably even some mistress’s as well.”

“Ahh, I have many many stories of her greatness, I’m always happy to regale you with them should you so desire” she chuckled. “As am I, it is a reason that I will never forgive human males…” she added, but gave a grateful nod to the other for her kind words. “Yes, that would be most enjoyable indeed!”

“I would certainly love to hear them. All I know are the tales that were written by men so I know they’re biased.” The idea of hearing stories from her daughter was exciting for the vampire as a girl who grew up surrounded by the myths. “That’s just smart. Most men are not trustworthy,” she agreed. A few more moments of walking lead them to a wine bar and Valeria held the door open for the other woman. “This looks like it might be the right place for something good.”

“To be married to a male is a huge disappointment” she nodded, thinking of her fiery wife, of course an open relationship between the two of them, but the trust and sexual passion was always there when the two were together. Estelle and Regina were always known as a strong pair, set on destroying civilisations, some would say they were as mad as each other “I was intrigued by the idea” she pointed out “I like my females, ones that know how to kneel, how to listen and do as I say. I have no time for the male slaves”

“You’re not wrong. It’s why I never married,” she agreed. Valeria had only loved one man in her life and that was her sire. In hindsight it was not worth the heartache he had caused. A woman had never made her feel that way and for a thousand years she had stuck with them and had never been hurt. “As was I,” the vampire admitted. Something about an entire city under rule was intriguing. “We have that in common. There’s a werewolf who’s a cutie, not sure if she’s the kneeling kind. I like a bit of fight in a girl myself. I’m certain there would be a girl who would kneel at your feet.”

“She was indeed, the very same and the very great. An amazing creature and woman all in one” she said proudly “I miss her every single day” she added, then giving a soft breath, she wasn’t going to get over emotional- she just simply didn’t around others. “Well, I always love a great Red Wine, so you are very welcome to surprise me”

“I always related to her story the most. My father used to read the tales to me when I was young.” Medusa was one of the reasons she had become so rebellious as a teenager. “I’m sorry for your loss,” she said solemnly, feeling guilty for bringing it up in her excitement. “Then let us drink to her honor over an expensive bottle of wine just like the Greeks would,” Valeria suggested, starting to walk them towards one of the many bars close by.

“Ahh such were the ways of the Greeks…” she said simply, thinking about the famous myths she had lavished in “Then we’ll change the wording, and go with blood of the young and innocent” she mused. “Well, I definitely have been known to be feared and loved all in one, the true mark of any successful queen” she winked. “I see. I can’t say I’m all too impressed with what I have come across thus far, but merely because I am a creature who likes to play and there are no…Pets of substance” she mused.

“We were stuck in our ways. I would have much preferred to be a virgin for Artemis than married to some useless man,” she replied, shrugging her shoulders. “When you put it like that, of course. It’s the best blood to taste,” Valeria laughed. The woman was definitely a queen by all definitions of the word and Valeria would agree. “I’ve no doubts you make a successful queen. But I am surprised that you’d come here.” As she said, there weren’t many creatures that she would be interested in playing with. “I’ve met one or two that were worthy of a second visit but I can see your point. What do you prefer? Maybe I can give you a recommendation.”

Sierra wasn’t making any moves to contain her laughter as her friend tugged her a little faster down the street. The extra boost of speed had them making it to her place in no time, Sierra pressing her friend’s back against the door while she fished her key out of her pocket, her lips and teeth laving attention on Valeria’s neck. “Oh, I’ll always say yes to you. Seems like we have a pretty fair trade on our hands with my bad influence and your innate ability to make me all sorts of agreeable.” She slipped the key into the lock but pulled away so she could make sure her friend didn’t fall when she opened the door.

It might have been the alcohol or Valeria was just in a good mood but it didn’t stop her from tugging the other along until they found her home. Gasping as she was pushed back against the door, the vampire threaded her fingers through the blonde’s hair, letting her head drop back against the door. She closed her eyes, dazed for a moment from the attention that Sierra was giving her neck. “I might have to use that to my advantage then, and I encourage you too as well,” the vampire agreed, taking one step away from the door so it could be opened. Wrapping her arms around her friend’s neck, she pulled her in for a quick, stolen kiss. “I think you should take me to bed now, don’t you think?”

The elder considered the others words “I just don’t have her finesse, she was written about in enough history books, she was a celebrity with her skill” she mused, thinking of Medusa. “I’m always one for a drink, I feel that alcohol is what runs through my veins and not blood at all”

The vampire tilted her head, wondering if it could be what she thought. “Was your mother Medusa?” she asked, unable to help her curiosity. “I’m Greek so she was sort of a legend.” And she had honestly thought it was just another myth. “Then all that hard work must’ve worked up a thirst. What’s your poison, darling? It’s my shout.”

Estelle chuckled lowly “Well, you certainly do not look it, have you been playing around with virgin blood?” she wondered, kissing the others cheek in return. “Oh I have been most well, I took over a nice small city in Italy and ruled that for some time as it’s fearsome queen, no one from the outside even dared to argue” she mused. “You?”

She laughed softly, shrugging her shoulders. “That depends on the definition of virgin. When I was young, that could include a woman who had only been with women.” The definitions had changed a lot since then. A brow rose in surprise and she made a show of doing a small bow. “My queen, I had no idea. I bet you rule wonderfully,” Valeria said. “I’ve owned a few clubs around the world but nothing of the extent that they have here.”

Sierra let her head fall back, barking out a laugh loudly as she squeezed the vampire’s hand, happy to have her cool form pressed against her warm one. Their friendship was one with plenty of contrasts, but that just made sure neither one ran the risk of getting bored. “Then let’s get you home so I can continue exerting my terrible influence on you. For science.” She swiftly made her way for the door, grateful that she always liked to find bars that were a short walk from home. It was normally a security tactic, but in this city it seemed that plan could now have some better advantages than safety. “Also, I just wanna add that while I’m a bad influence, you’re too fucking cute to say no to. So you have plenty more advantages over me.”

Valeria found herself enjoying the playfulness a little too much. Their friendship had always shined a light on their differences but it kept things interesting. The vampire knew she needed more people like Sierra in her life to keep her from getting too serious about things. “Please feel free to exert all your terrible influence over me. I’m looking forward to it,” Valeria agreed. She was easily pulled along, the night at the bar forgotten about, preferring to have the night with Sierra instead. “I’m not going to apologise for being cute, especially if it works in my favour. Besides, isn’t it more fun to say yes to me?” she asked, smiling innocently at the other woman. It gave her a surge of energy, wanting to tug Sierra on quickly. Not that she needed the ego boost.

“The best, though I can’t do it as well as my mother could..” Sabine mused, the woman overlooking the statue proudly and then covering her eyes with her thick shades that she was always known to wear. “Well, how can I say no to such a thing?” she grinned.

“Perhaps it’s a skill that’s further perfected with time,” Valeria replied, inspecting the stature with interest glittering in her eyes. The vampire noticed the glasses and wondered if the woman was a Gorgon, a species she’d only ever read about rather then seen in real life before. “You don’t have to say no. We could go get a drink. I hear there are some good bars not far from here.”

“I can’t say that insolent slaves are my idea of fun…At least when I’m in a bad mood” Sabine said simply as she dusted her hands “But I’m sure some time as a statue will give them the time to mull their bad decision over”

“That’s quite a handy trick to have in your arsenal,” Valeria commented, taking a step out to inspect the newly stone statue. It was so reminiscent of the stories from her homeland’s mythology that she couldn’t help but be fascinated by the sight of it. “I promise not to get on your bad side but maybe I can help brighten your mood, or be an ear for you to vent to?”

“My my, Cherie, let me take a look at you…” The Mistress hummed to the other, a coy smirk on her lips, she felt she had not seen Valeria in such a long time that she needed a moment to truly take the other in. “Time has been extremely kind to you, oui?” she hummed.

Seeing Estelle was like seeing a sight for sore eyes. Valeria closed the space between them quickly, pressing a kiss to the other woman’s cheek. “Thank you, dear. I know, I feel barely a year over a thousand,” she laughed, feeling as though she should spin for the other vampire just to give her a proper look. “I could say the same about you. It’s been so long and yet you still look like a movie star. How have you been?”

Sierra snickered, leaning over to playfully nudge Valeria with her shoulder. “That sounds an awful lot like you’re callin’ me a bad influence. And if you are, I take that title with pride.” She couldn’t be that bad of an influence, though, if her friend was clearly having a good time, even if it wasn’t the sort of good time she had planned on. And the night sounded like it was going to only get better. “It’s not even selfish when we’re doing it for science. We’re doing it for the betterment of the world.” She let out a snort before standing up and holding out her hand to her friend. “I think we’ve exhausted our fun with drinking and ought to move on to more promisin’ stuff.”

Valeria feigned innocence, lifting her shoulders into a shrug. “I wouldn’t dare do such a thing. But I definitely am calling you a bad influence, especially on me.” As much as the vampire would say it was bad, it was also everything that she liked. There were plenty of differences between the pair but Sierra was a hell of a lot of fun and she didn’t take that for granted. “You’re right! One day they will conduct studies on what we do tonight. We’re doing the world a favour,” she agreed, getting to her feet. Easily lacing their finger’s together, she tucked herself in against Sierra’s side. “I think you’re right, it’s about time you took me home,” Valeria hummed, tugging on her friend’s hand, wishing they were there already.

Devon didn’t know if any kind of healthy, sane relationship was possible in this city, especially when you were enslaved here and not able to roam free or make your own choices. She’d known love before, known what it was like when it was shared, not one sided, not a simple infatuation or an obsession. And she honestly didn’t know if anything you could feel in here would match that. Maybe if you were claimed and the one who decided to take you were open to it. Maybe if they offered the nearest thing to equality you could gain. Even then she imagined it would be a challenge for both parties. A challenge for the slave to trust that any emotions were real and would linger, and a challenge for the master or mistress to view their slave as something more. As a person, not property. “Great. Thanks for letting me choose.” she said, finding it easy to express gratitude with Valeria as she came across as wholly genuine. 

Just the sight of the moon was a comforting familiarity, despite the fact that she could all but feel the beast inside of her hammer at the sealed walls her mark created. At a night like this she should be roaming the woods, running on four legs until she had no breath left, howl at the moon and relish the freedom that she associated with being a wolf. Longing danced in her eyes just by thinking about it. “Oh I’m sure I can manage.” Her tone mirrored the vampires, though there was a slight flirty edge to it now. “So you’d consider yourself a giver then?” she asked, not about to pretend like she wasn’t curious. At this point, Devon knew how to handle herself when being rented, how to charm and how to play her cards right. But in this case she wasn’t feigning curiosity, she did actually care to know. “Yeah? Its kind of neat that our need to run outside in nature is so strong it can be tasted. I didn’t know that.” 

Valeria believed she could earn someone’s trust through genuine gesture’s of kindness. It was much preferred to have someone like you than fear you though she had been known to have men tremble at her feet. This one felt different, something had made Valeria start soft and she had simply gotten softer the more they spoke. There wasn’t a chance for equality when the balance of power was so unfairly shifted in her direction. Not that Valeria could claim that she was a saint, she had still rented a slave for pleasure and perhaps a meal. The streets seemed to pass by easily when her focus was entirely on the woman in her arms. “Anything else you’d like to choose? I’m happy to give you want you want,” she promised. 

“The world’s changed too much to be stuck in the past. Maybe we can be the way of the future?” she hummed, smiling as her teeth tugged on her lower lip at the playful turn the conversation had taken now. It was surprise that Devon asked, having thought the slave might simply want a night out, and Valeria wouldn’t have argued with it. “Very much so. If I’m honest, I’m so used to being the giving one that I don’t think I know how to be any other way,” she admitted. Valeria took it as a good sign that the wolf wanted to know about those kinds of things. It was very true though, Valeria had always been in control that letting that go was difficult for her. It felt dangerous that the werewolf could have her wrapped around her finger and she might not even realise it yet. “I think so too. It’s a unique flavour that might not be for everyone. I was a bit of a forest child myself.”

Whenever a mistress did show up, Devon felt much more at ease. It was a little biased and probably even unfair to gender, but she had never much minded being dominated by women. Not in the same sense that she tended to with males. Besides, it was just easier to connect with another female. Or most anyway. They didn’t strike her as unforgiving or quick to judge or debase. She had of course encountered mistresses that rivaled those beliefs, but they were much more rare than masters. 

Once outside, Devon allowed herself to be excited and curious towards what the night might bring. She even welcomed the touch against the small of her back, smiling easily as they made their way down the halls towards the entrance. “Italian would be my first choice.” she said without hesitation. Each step outside made her feel pounds lighter, drawing in the fresh air with a lingering smile on her lips. Yeah, getting out was worth anything that might follow. “The vamp picking a werewolf slave to spend her evening with. Our ancestors would probably not approve.” she teased lightly. “I’d consider myself lucky if that were to be the case. You can feed from me too. Though I don’t know if my blood is preferable.” 

The idea of a slave for these kinds of things was still knew for her. It was good to feed from them and have some companionship but Valeria found those encounters lacking something. There was no substance with the overly eager ones. She wanted the sly smiles of a woman, she wanted to see them blush and enjoy being at her side. Perhaps it was old fashioned to want a lover to want to be with her in return. It was another reason why she would choose a woman first, they were capable of the emotional intelligence that she longed for. “Italian it is,” she agreed, lightly guiding Devon outside and into fresh air again.

The vampire found herself watching Devon with a small smile on her lips, enjoying the way she brightened with each step they took outside. It transformed the wolf, showing her true beauty in the moonlight. “I’ve never been one for those kind of traditions. Do you think you can handle the weight of our ancestor’s disapproval?” she asked, raising her brow teasingly. In fact it made the idea even more appealing to Valeria. The flattery worked to stroke the vampire’s ego, even if Devon didn’t mean it, she enjoyed hearing it. “Let’s see how the night goes, I prefer that a woman get’s her pleasure first and asks me to feed from them.” In the moment there was nothing better than getting to share that sweet life force. “It’s been a while since I’ve had a wolf’s blood but it’s always tasted good to me, sort of like being at home and running through the forests.”
