We used to grow lots of okra, or #ladyfingers in our backyard when I was a kid. But then a huge house came up, blocking the sun, and it was no more 🙁 I started growing okra again in my front yard a few years ago, and it was a hit with the whole family. My father absolutely loves it! . . So grow whatever food you can, even in the tiniest little place you have, and build a connection with your food. I can guarantee you, kids love it!
