Final pitching

Before the final pitching we are doing our part to complete the requirements of the final pitching requirement information. Their are days that we are having a hard time to find the exact or right information reference to get the legit information of public registered vehicle here in our place.

After a day we are completely find the legit source that we need, always do your work and work hard.In the final day we are getting ready and ready to show our final output. And the group presenter is well prepared to deliver our information. We successfully completed the final pitching and our instructor no comment in our presentation its because well prepared to present and we got well presentation. Were completely happy the results of our final presentation. Do hard hard until you success.

Validation of application

There are times in your group having a hard time to do the process to become a better performance of your application. This time were going to validate our UI/UX, to show how our application work. There are feedback about our application that we need to secure our revenue because profit is the best of our application like subscription we can earn. We successfully validate our application we just wait in final pitching to show our final application especially in our market size and other information of our application. We just need to be ready in our final pitching. I believe that in life, you have to give things your best shot, do your best. You have to focus on what needs to be done, do the right thing, not the popular thing. I think that the majority of messages are validating messages to confirm the survival of conscious. And many times that validation message is negative or sad. Just do your best and be mindful.

Continue the process

We gathered another information about the UI/UX, base on the results of our interviews. There are another shops that we need to validate again to get feedback of our UI/UX. It said they are willing to use the app, it is very useful to them.

Most of the shops and rider/driver are needed to this, nowadays its difficult to the rider/Driver to repair their own vehicles. All they need is the application to find easiest way to reach the shop to repair their vehicle. In our UI/UX is easy to adapt them and not complicated to use, the flow is understandable to them. Most of our interviews they can afford of our subscription to unlock the other features of our application.

Dec 1st blog

The FlowStill processing of our flow chart and user, this is not simple that we think we need to discuss and share information of what are the best idea to do. We need to be more mindful in our idea and information. Once you have done in your work or project you need some people to validate your project that you've created.

Creating a UI/UX you need some idea of your teammates to exchange thoughts of what are the best design you can do, then just continue brainstorming until you can decide which is better idea. There are some group their not doing Brainstorming because some of their teammates not helping and their not cooperating. In my group when we are creating our UI/UX we do exchanging ideas and pick which is better to put in our UI/UX. Teamwork begins by building trust. And the only way to do that is to overcome our need for invulnerability.

The Process

When creating a pitch, In our team we are created already the introduction of our application. Also we write the problem, need and who is your target customer and provide solution of that problem and unique value. Each of us assigned who can create this and etc, we're doing teamwork and brainstorming. “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.” – Steve Jobs

In our top 3 moments and most interesting interviews, we identify who is the most interesting interviews and best moments. Also in our pitching we have most significant transportation or pivot. Is how we validate our 3 proposed topics, so the 2 topics was abandoned because was difficult to us to validate that topics. After a week we have one topic left and now our one topic left got validated. In our pitching include the largest challenge and plans, Customer discovery interview and their insights. Don't crave immediate results. Take the difficult route which puts your patience under fire and upgrades your lionheartedness.

Validated

We are absolutely doing our best to get this point. Which is our topic Vulcanizing shop Navigation application was approved, and absolutely excited what's the next process or to do. Consistent is also important in our team, we need to be consistent in our own tasks and exchanging ideas. In any team or in sport, the best teams have consistency and chemistry.

This is exciting, what is the next step to do after we got validated. We know already we are not yet done and we just need is to keep going and do whatever that can good to your team and get success. Still doing our best to do the tasks and moving to the next step. Sometimes in our life you got rejected, all you need to do is to keep fighting and go what is the next step you can do to get accept. Then you can proceed to the next step in your procedure. Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.

Gain

In this week we have one idea to focus is the Vulcanizing shop. It focused in Cagayan de oro area, the problem for that is how you earn money maybe lack of user. We are still validating this idea, how to overcome the problems the lack of users and lack of income. Just we need is to ask questions in shop and store again. After brainstorming again and again we found out how to gain sustainability of income. The shop will also gain profit. It is important to have more interview and you can get the information that you need in your idea. User need this it helps them to locate where they want to repair. Locating is useful to us and some people are not familiar in some places. We follow up some questions to make sure the user will use this application. After gathering we get their some feedbacks , if this is reliable and useful. Most of them are good in this idea. Also they can gain profit. You need to work hard more and more to gain better information, Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.

Communication of the teammates

Team communication and collaboration would be open, friendly, and professional. This the best to apply in our team to communicate each other to have a best outcomes in our idea that we've create. It will ruined your idea if your teammates can't participate or not listening in conversation of your teammates. We need to worked on that to show willingness to participate and cooperate. We still processing in our idea to get the feedback of what they can say. Getting an idea of others is really good to see what are goods and bad response in your idea. Without ideas, progress isn’t made, change doesn’t happen. Opinions are important because they help shape our ideas. We can’t form our own conclusions if we don’t read about other ideas out there. That's why we encourage ourself to formulate a good questions to gather a data or idea and to have an good conclusion in our idea we made. It is good in our team that still continuing gather an information that we formulate question. Still updating what are the feedback that we get in this week. To specify what are the ideas that you get during the interviews you need to list down and record. When doing an interviews you need to explain well to understand your topic that you propose to them. Good communication is just as stimulating as black coffee, and just as hard to sleep after.

Just to believe

Problem and struggle is always part of our life. We experienced that situations each of us are getting tired and one of our member is sick. In our team we need to get more confidence when it comes of our ideas also in doing interviews. What i have this week is, we continue gathering our 3 ideas, to get the feedback and thoughts of what they can suggest in our applications.

Sometimes we are not cooperating when we felt tired. What we need to do is to get some rest and refresh our minds. We need to get back in ourselves to think about what should be done for our idea being interviewed. It will ruined our ideas if weren't good in cooperation, after all we've done a lot of conversation about what we get in our interviewed.

Our team trying to build more cooperation and confidence of ourself to socialize other people. We still processing in our questions of what are the best questions to get well feedback and thoughts in our 3 ideas application we build. You need more time to finish this kind of ideas. We still believe that we can get this or we can finish this well. The beginning

Each people they have their own idea and judgement of your ideas you've been created. What i have this week is, we've gathering ideas of what real problems that we can help and come up ideas to solve the problem. Through innovation ideas enable to improve living standards and also  lead to higher productivity. 

Every interview that we have people come up different ideas and opinions that each of them suggested solution of what is the best you can do. Processing and gathering ideas someone agreed of what we want to create the others have no idea of what to suggest. What are the difficulties of our team during the process to conduct this idea. During weekdays weve do a lot of brainstormed and exchanging ideas, arguing what is the best ideas. Also doing interviews there some not really impressed of our idea and someone is agreed and impressed.

Everyone doing a good conversation discussing what are the real problems and how you can solve that problem. Our team trying to build more confidence, teamwork and create positive team spirit. Every problem you encountered of your team just give  individual time to brainstorm.  Just like we do if we encountered some problem just cooperate and respect the decisions. Struggle teaches you a lot of things, and i am happy that i witnessed a roller coaster ride. The journey has improved me as a person and made me more mature to think.
