Imagine Valjean and Javert taking a trip to America together along with their daughter, Cosette.
Imagine Valjean working in a bakery and Javert coming in every morning to get a pastry. He thinks Valjean is cute and doesn't know how to flirt so he just keeps on coming in everyday and buying more pasties and it's probably not healthy but he can't help it because he's awkward as hell.
Imagine Javert and Valjean cuddling. Both of them never really cuddled before, so trying to get into a comfortable position is awkward, and their limbs are so awkwardly intertwined. Even if it's uncomfortable, Valjean can't help but laugh at, earning an embarrassed scowl from Javert.
Imagine (Modern AU) Cosette vining her fathers and playing tricks on them. Screaming at unexpected times, which causes Javert to jump in surprise and then glare at her as she contains her laughter; Valjean jumping and holding his hand over his heart as he politely addresses for Cosette to "please don't do that, I'm old. You'll give me a heart attack." But while chuckling lightly.
Imagine (Modern AU) Cosette teaching Javert how to use vine. Javert's vines are all him looking confused and disgruntled as he tries to figure out how these new apps work.
How do you come up with these different scenes? I absolutely love them~! <3
They just come to mind randomly throughout the day. Lately, I've rarely been posting because I'm having a hard time coming up with scenes.
Imagine (Modern AU) Javert taking Cosette to the shooting range when she's old enough to teach her how to handle a gun. Not only that, he teaches her how to defend herself in case she gets into trouble.
Imagine Cosette (Modern AU) taking selfies with her fathers. Valjean goes along with it and even does the duck face and peace signs. Javert is grumpy and refuses to do all of the silly signs and faces, but he does take a picture with Cosette to make her happy.
Imagine Fantine and Javert were once a couple, and Cosette is his biological baby. Javert does not recognize her upon trying to arrest her. In the future when Jean and Javert are living together and raising Cosette upon Valjeans assistance, they notice the similarities between Javert and their child and When Valjean explains she is Fantines, Javert swears to be there for her and be the family he couldn't give to Fantine. In honour of her, He tells her stories of the mother she can't remember.
Imagine (Modern AU) Cosette showing her fathers Flappy Bird. Chaos ensues, and Javert nearly ends up smashing his phone.
Imagine when (Modern AU) Marius and Cosette start going out, when Cosette introduces Marius to her fathers, Valjean is excited and happy for Cosette to have found someone; welcoming them into his home with open arms. Javert, on the other hand, narrows his eyes and stays quiet. (And was very hesitant to allow Cosette to date in the first place.) When he finally talks, he looks Marius right in the eye and says "Whatever you do to her, I will do to you." Of course, Marius is terrified. Cosette scolds her father later for making him uncomfortable.
A while passes and Marius comes over again, and he looks extremely nervous and uncomfortable. Cosette asks what's wrong, and he asks to see Javert. Javert walks up to him, looking grumpy as always, and just raises his eyebrow. Marius, with shaky, fidgety hands, confesses to giving Cosette a kiss earlier in the day.
And after a few moments, Javert decides to mess with Marius and goes to lean in, and Marius is ready to just accept it although he's pretty much silently screaming and Cosette actually does gasp and starts pushing Javert on the shoulder to get him away. (He doesn't actually kiss him, of course.)
Javert, still suspicious about Marius going out with his daughter, stands up straight and just smirks and walks away.
Valjean gives him a stern talking to later with Cosette still shocked with her father's actions, though he's still content with having warned the boy not to do anything too extreme.
Imagine Valjean teaching Cosette how to play the piano when she was young. He would sit with her for hours and teach her at her own pace, and as she became more skilled, he would sing along with her melodies and guide her along by striking notes her little hands couldn't reach. As she grew up, she learned to sing herself as she played along, and they would spend time just playing music and singing to lighten up the mood and get their minds off of their situation.
The first piece that Cosette learned to play in full was the Moonlight Sonata, and even after Valjean passed, she still sits at that same piano that he taught her at years and years before and strikes those melancholy notes when she misses him and needs comfort.
Imagine Javert only managing to get one handcuff on Valjean's wrist before Valjean fights back and manages backing Javert against the wall, the long chain of the handcuffs wrapped around the inspector's neck as he gasps for air and clutches at Valjean's coat; trying his best to shove the other man off of him, though it's no use.
Imagine Valjean telling Javert "I don't hate you" and Javert getting all flustered because it's the closest thing he's ever heard to "I love you".
I apologize for not being on in forever. I haven't had any ideas, and I've been caught up in...well...life.
Imagine (Modern AU) Valjean buying a star projector for Javert. Javert absolutely loves it, and places it at the foot of the bed in their bedroom on a small table; laying down and turning it on, watching the stars on the false sky above to relax and ease his stress. When he has a hard time sleeping, or just in general, he turns on the projector; Valjean holding the man close and snuggling him as Javert observes the stars and galaxies, drifting off to sleep at one point and getting a good night's sleep.
Imagine (Modern Au) Cosette doing Javert's hair when she's small, putting it into messy pigtails and braids. Even though he protests, Javert allows her to also put makeup on him and make him "pretty." In the end, he looks like a mess, but Cosette is happy and Valjean can't help but chuckle.
