Me thinking this.
There is a myth. Sancai Tuhui 三才圖會, in the Ming dynasty
Land of Dogs/ Wolves 狗國 were men were only dogs or wolves while females were human. They were married and lived like ordinary couples. Makes me wonder if Rauru was baised off this too or the Zonai.
However, I think the Zonai are a mixed race of animals and dragon.
I made these sweets. ❤️ You can't find these on the islands anymore!

If you notice a change in art style within the past couple of posts, It's due to the fact that they don't make the paper I used for years anymore. They stopped making the paper years ago. I've tried several different types of papers and barely found one that actually I like to use. Sometimes, the papers that I use are so large (over 28 inches) that I end up just taking a photo of it because no scanner will fit it.
I have to tell you something, I'm working on a manga, I don't know if you want to participate? Or well, what I mean is, what do you think? xddd
DM me for more info. Thank you, dear.
I love your Rauru and Zelda art! Coming across it was a delightful surprise.
You are too kind, It's a rare ship, that's for sure! Awww, you are too nice. 😄
Eternal Beautiful Love.

Bruh she's his foster daughter
And he's cheating on/insulting the memory of his wife by getting with her
Aloha,
Bruh?
You mean Sistah or Tita, I'm a girl, Mahalo.
People can take however they see Rauzel how they want. I don't force people to like anything I draw. I draw my artwork in the later game where Rauru's wife is dead.
I've seen other people ship Rauru with other characters that would be more insulting his dead wife as I have in your eyes.
It's not cheating because he is a widower. I wonder where on the game Rauru called Zelda his Foster daughter?
You don't have to send hate on me if you don't like my artwork.
Wow, you blocked me, too. You don't have the courage to read my response.

Astor could not decide on what to do after the Goddess Hylia showed him a vision. He always hated the royal family for years.... and now begins a new tale.
I was kind of expecting the sages to put a symbol on the rings or something in Age of Imprisonment. I got kind of confused since it wasn't to be. Or at least something, right? I know Zelda asked for the sages help later in after Rauru's seal.
When Zelda was back in time, I know the Gorons just joined as Zelda got there. Then, in the game events, the Gerudo. That's when I expected Rauru's ring to glow or something. Maybe we will see it in a dlc who knows. I know the divine helms were part of the pact. Makes me wonder more. Like if they were giant creature deities or something from the past?
In China, Rauru's rings on his right hand mean this:
Pinky: ward off evil/ bad luck
Fourth finger: Prosperity
Middle finger: Wealth
Index finger: Luck/ Harmony with people
Thumb: Blessings/ Longevity
It's no wonder that he has a ring on the thumb as most emperors did back in the day.

As for his Zonai powers, such as Ascend and Ultrahand, would mean one thing. Rauru's cultivation must have been really strong.
(I think maybe his parents gave it to him before they passed away?) Or he went through training with Minaru when they were younger.
I wished they would have shown more. Either way, He had to be what they would call back then xian 仙. An immortal.
Zelda must sent some of her cultivation to the ultrahand, allowing for time Manipulation in the future. Rauru didn't have that, or maybe he didn't feel he needed it because of Sonia and Zelda.
Makes me think that, botw and totk is a whole new era, and the sages hid these Jade Stones/ Zonai Secret Stones for ages hidden away. In a sense, they were totally different from the sages of ocarina and ww. Maybe their essence passed threw the ages and made their descendants' sages but not of the Zonai secret stones. As in the Goddess Hylia allowed new sages for the other timelines.
When I first started to play breath of the wild , I right away notice the staircase in the shrine of resurrection. It is very similar to the staircase in egypt.
There was a sort of thing in Chinese mythology as the shrine of resurrection. However, it was a bit different. The person drinks *Meng Po* and forgets their past life, depending jugdement.
Another thing I was looking at was the divine beasts that were worshipped in hyrule ago. I wonder if they were real creatures, and I hope we get a game that explains it more. I felt that it was similar to the four sacred creatures that were worshipped along ago in asia. What no one really mentions the yellow dragon in the center, often described as male. In this case, I obviously think it's Rauru. After all , he had a tail in the concept art. Either that or he was a Quilian, a messenger from the heavens. His sacred power is yellow. In old chinese culture , people would often say that they were descendants from the yellow dragon, some still do today. *Huanglong* Similar to how they said that Royal family were descendants of Zonai.
However, Rauru and Sonia had no child. I thought that perhaps in the future, the goddess would be reborn again. Maybe Sonia was one of the first incarnations of Hylia before ss. If I read correctly, she was a priestess of the sky, or maybe it meant heavenly? In lenalia's old text, not the text translated.
Rauru wears black just like the first emperor who unified China.
I also noticed that in purah's lab , there was looked seemed to be an unfinished sacred beast that was a whale. Maybe she tried to make one for the future? Or she found blueprints of one that was never finished.
Also, Zelda/Sonia's time Manipulation, I noticed that right away is also from Chinese mythology. Only goddess/gods or heavenly creatures would be able to do that.

Me just rambling my thoughts since my mom is part malaysian aside from Pacific islander.
The depts, in hyrule, would have been highly toxic to breathe. Having it sealed and hidden for so long, the gases and plants cause spores who could have poisoned anyone who breathes it. My thoughts right away when I first played totk.
Another thing I was thinking about, since the outfits you find fit to the pertaining dragon, maybe the ones who were the servants of old? Seems there were more Zonai secret stones than just the ones we saw. What if all Zonai in hyrule had secret stones? The servants of the dragons swallowed them performing dragonification. Did they do it as duty for their servitude? Or eternal rest? The reason remains a mystery.
