eh... wanted to hear it for myself since sometimes its a deterrent from the sheer smell of it for vamps, oorr sometimes its like you said, it burns on contact, but less lethal than the sun, least from what I know... I have a feeling you'd have to be buried in it for it to be fatal

  [ The vampire bat seemed caught by surprise, looking to the other with his glowing gloomy eyes. He even seemed the slightest bit flustered! ]

  [ The tall vampire was out watching the sun set, a dark colored parasol held over his head. He turned to the other as they approached, an ear twitching as he waited for them to speak. ]

“ Ah. ”

  [ Blinking idly a few times, then his eyes widen. Did he hear that correctly? The sight of the ring was surely making him think so… but he can't recall ever meeting the other. He's sure he'd remember something- especially if they felt confident enough for… this. ]

“ You're… proposing to me? I don't think we've met. ”

  [ Despite that clear confusing fact, he can't keep his eyes off of the ring. He's been waiting to hear those words for many, many years… ]

hey are you able to just... drink blood packs like any other source? maybe rob a blood bank every now and then?

[ He stares at Techy in silence for a minute. It's kind of freaky. Luckily, he does speak up. ]

" Oh, disgusting. You're being serious. I refuse to do that. It gets all cold and isn't fresh anymore. The suffering adds flavor. "

* Gives him an anon to drain blood from *

[ His ruby eyes glisten... oh, what a cute little smile! ...nevermind, it widens to a freaky fanged grin that spreads WAY too far. The anon offered is snatched up in an instant, and it seems that despite the manners that Noct usually shows, he's quite the messy (and brutal) eater. He's ripping out their throat and hunching over them like a wild fucking animal! ]

"Woaaah, a vampire!! So freaking cool, vampires are one of my fave mythical creatures! is it true that they can shapeshift, and-and they need to drink blood to survive? you can drink mine if you want- not that I'm asking to be bitten or anything, but I'm just offering myself up in case!"

[This person is oddly hyperactive, and seems to smell like strawberry tarts. She wears glasses, holds a small tub of what seems to be babeçza(pudding pies like the ones from Awaria) and has a small paintbrush strapped to her belt. A purple crystal dangles from the necklace she wears.]

" A... fan of vampires? I suppose I've heard of them, though I usually don't see them. "

[ Sometimes that would be a good thing. Too much positive attention was overwhelming for him. ]

" I am not a common one, either. You're aware of the danger you're putting yourself in right now, yes? "

HA! yeaaa I am~ *huh, if it does manage to pierce him, he'd probably either be... electrocuted, suck out some foul tasting chemicals like a version of oil, or just flat out cleaning agent, or puncture right into that thin as hell coolant line which would just freeze him over instantly, or, hell, give him the worst brain freeze in existence since that's the tip of his fangs directly on the stuff~* say... I know this is silly but I gotta know... would you get diabetes's if you drank from a diabetic person?

[ More reasons why he has no interest in biting him. He's already well aware of the consequences of biting a robot. ]

" I... no. No, that is not now it works. "

[ This is the first person he's met here that's really starting to test his patience so soon. He hates stupid questions like that. ]

[ His fangs were strong. VERY strong. If anything, they'd just get stuck. Not like he'd try it out, anyway. ]

[ Sighing, seeming unamused. ]

" You're joking. "

Try using "prey" to describe humans, Noct. It just sounds better. 👍

" They would... prefer to be called prey? "

[ Tilting his head to the side... but he wasn't complaining. It sure didn't help make his view on humans any better, that's for sure. ]

" Ah, yes... certainly. I will take note of that. "

" Of course. Just as Sprunkis do, they vary. Sometimes I will come across someone... really delicious. "

[ His eyes glow just a bit brighter. Leaning in closer. ]

...did you just call humans "cattle"? Did you raise humans in some sort of farm, Noct?! If you did...then what the fuck, man.

" Hmm. Right... that tends to upset people. What is it they prefer to be known as then, if not cattle? My family had seen them as such for centuries. "

[ It's not that he has any remorse for it... it's just that it makes conversation far easier. But people don't need to know that. Especially those lower than him. ]

Human blood? Why that specifically, if there aren't really any humans around in Songville? Is it just a generational thing?

" They are very fun prey. Lots of carnivorious creatures aware of them from this universe favor them. Since they are rare, of course they will be sought after. They almost always have strong souls, as well. Sprunkis have far mre variation, however in a world of mass production effective hunting will be favored. Human cattle are very, very valuable. "
