As I am writing this I am sitting in my car which is honestly my favorite place in the entire world to just ponder life & all of the goodness that comes from it. I know I, as a human being, focus so much on the negatives and the things that I am lacking in my life, but gosh Jesus is so good and so quick to fill me up with the happiness & inexpressible joy that I lack so often. Especially when I just take time at the end of my busy schedule each night to reflect on how GOOD my God is, despite how crappy my day might have been. I love being able to just rest in the fact that good things are coming, and that God is my ultimate comfort & joy. There is NOTHING earthly that can ever give me complete happiness and that is such a testament to God’s faithfulness. He is high above it all, and so much greater. The heavenly things that He has to offer are FAR more greater than anything this feeble earth could ever give me. And for that, I am incredibly grateful & so so happy. I am lucky to be in love with the One who gave His life for me. There is no greater sacrifice and no greater love than that. My confusion & doubts will never hold me back from trusting in this God that so badly wants me to just live life abundantly and freely for Him. There is no turning back once you encounter this Love & Comforter. Thank You, Jesus, for never ever giving up on me even when I have turned my back on You millions of times. You are seriously the best.
