not so fun fact about me. i have borderline personality disorder or better known as bpd. its a struggle every day. i have triggers and things set me off into a disgusting rage that i cant control. i scream and yell, hit and scratch, but mainly i get mean before you can get mean. its a defense mechanism i use when i feel abandoned, hurt, disrespected, or not valued enough. the reality of it isnt that i want to fight you. i want reassurance and to be held through my intense outbursts. people with bpd arent bad or evil, we just need more patience than others.
