If there’s one fruit that’s it’s amazing for your health and beauty it has to be papaya. With some lime juice on top and there’s no better way to kickstart your day✨

Papaya it’s a super rich source of antioxidant nutrients such as carotenes, vitamin C and flavonoids, the B vitamins, folate and pantothenic acid,minerals, potassium, copper, magnesium and fiber.

It also contains several unique protein-digesting enzymes including papain and chymopapain. These enzymes have been shown to help lower inflammation and they will help to keep your gut happy☺️

I like to pair my papaya with some coconut yogurt for some good healthy fats and probiotics (make sure you use a good quality plant yogurt that Isn’t full of added sugars and weird additives and flavorings) 🥥
