I built this area to play with the Basemental and WW mods.

Tartoza's central district. The lot is large: ice cream parlor, cafe, bar, gym, ceramics shop and workshop, beauty salon, photo studio, bookstore, music studio. There's a small alley with a picnic area. Regarding the canal: I wanted to make a canal, and I don't care that it leads to nowhere. It's so beautiful to me.

My first hair mesh!!! Super happy with it and I hope everyone likes it as much as me! EA colours plus more made by me. The textures aren’t AMAZING coz I had to fit them all in :,) I’ll get better at it.
