Oops, I kinda-sorta went on a bit of a semi-hiatus there without notifying anyone. I’m really sorry, but I’ve been busy with work and haven’t had the energy to roleplay lately. I’d like to return sooner than later though. ;;

Other than that, I hope to return to this blog soon and roleplay again and better this time since I know I neglected a lot of threads. I’m sorry for that too and I hope you’ll let me make it up to you! For now, um, if you want my Skype or my personal Tumblr, let me know and I’ll happily give it to you.

{❅;; — Elsa muttered some reprimands to herself, cursing to herself for ever bringing up the subject of Arendelle’s Official Ice Deliverer and Master. And because she did, she noticed Anna pull back, whining at the loss of her body heat. “I just—I thought you were going out with him, and…” here she was. Clutching at her sister’s back with the fear that she’d disappear if she moved. If Kristoff saw this, he’d be disgusted with the Ice Queen.

Anna spoke up, her voice tiding her fears a bit. Kristoff was in the mountains for a couple days now… Was he alright? “Aren’t you worried about him?” she questioned, reeling herself back to look at her sister’s cornflower blue hues with her own icy optics. She saw a twinge of worry in them.

Although she was worried for her friend, she knew that he'd been harvesting ice and braving mountain weather his entire life and knew that he would return in due time. "Going out with him?" Anna asked, scratching her cheek. "Oh, no! I mean, I wanted to go, but he insisted that I stay here because the weather on the mountains has been dangerous lately and well, y'know... The last time I went up there was to bring you—"

Realizing that may have been a touchy subject, Anna gave a nervous giggle. "I'm positive he's going to be alright," she answered, giving a firm nod of her head. "He is the Official Ice Deliverer and Master, after all! And, um, besides, I wanted to stay here to spend time with you." She warmly smiled at Elsa, snaking her arms around her waist again.

{❅;; — She felt her sister’s arms wrap around her tightly, pulling her in. Elsa had to admit that she liked it—the sensation. The tingling she felt in the pit of her stomach; the way her cheeks became inflamed. She rested her crown at the crook of Anna’s neck, breathing in her familiar summery scent. “I love you too, Anna…"

But the way they were utterly engulfed within each other was wrong. The Queen knew it was wrong, and that it would destroy Anna’s life, but the will to pull away wasn’t strong enough. “Uhm, Anna—what about Kristoff?” she muttered, wincing at her scratchy voice.

Anna was thoroughly enjoying the embrace the two of them were sharing, her eyes closed blissfully as she basked in the coolness her sister radiated. The question almost went completely unnoticed, but she managed to barely catch it in the nick of time. Brows furrowing, she pulled back a couple of inches to gaze at Elsa and tilted her head to the side.

It seemed out of the blue for Elsa to be asking about Kristoff now of all times and she briefly wondered what caused her to ask in the first place. "What do you mean, what about Kristoff?" she questioned, confused. "The last time I heard from him, he was leaving for his week long trip in the mountains. That was a couple of days ago, though..."

{❅;; — Elsa snorted, returning the embrace. “No, I think you’re fingers are very beautiful, and warm.” she admitted. There was something strange about be comforted by her younger sibling; a feeling of warmth in the pit of her stomach that began to expand and spread across her skin like a current. She nuzzled into the redhead’s bosom, listening to the soft beating of her kind heart. She lifted her lashes, icy optics tracing over the loose braids hanging over Anna’s shoulder, the aroma of summer flitting about her senses.

"I’m cold aren’t I?" Elsa muttered gloomily, breaking the silence. She hated herself for being an Ice Witch, someone who was always cold and could never return the same intense heat.

Anna couldn't suppress a growing grin at the reassuring compliment, secretly very glad that Elsa wasn't repulsed by her fingers in any way. Tightening her embrace around her sister a bit, careful not to suffocate her, she pressed another tender kiss to the top of her head. "Thank you, Elsa." she whispered. As Elsa nuzzled into her chest, Anna felt heat rise to her cheeks and glanced to the side, willing herself not to become embarrassed now of all times.

"Yes... Yes, you are," Anna answered honestly, the fondness for Elsa evident in her voice. "But you know what? I like it — Actually, I love it. Because it's you, Elsa, and there's nothing else that I'd rather."

╰❅╮— When she saw Anna turn to leave, she instinctively reached out to grab the back of her bodice. “—Wait,” she breathed. Her palms were sweaty with nervousness. Her fingers were clasped around the redhead’s dress with a firm grip, begging her to not leave, but her actions betrayed her thoughts.

"O-Oh…I’m sorry…” Elsa released her elongated pale fingers from her sister’s clothing. Regret instantly clouded her thoughts. "Uhmm…have fun with Olaf…" Yes, let her go. She hugged herself, feeling the loss of Anna’s warm presence. Elsa had always been an introvert, keeping her limbs to herself except to shake another’s hand. A dignitary coming to Arendelle for trade negotiations usually.

"Huh?" A firm tug at the hem of her dress made Anna pause in her step and slowly peer over her shoulder. However, as soon as she did, Elsa released her grasp and recoiled into herself. The princess hesitated, truly not wanting to keep Olaf waiting for longer than necessary, but her sister's words and actions beckoned her closer.

Putting aside the hurt she felt from Elsa's previous statement, Anna knelt down beside her, smiling warmly. She wrapped both of her arms around the icy queen, pulling her closer and kissing the top of her head. "I love you, Elsa," she said softly. "You don't have to apologize. I, uh... I do have pretty weird fingers, don't I?"

╰❅╮— “No! Yes—no!” she squelched, forcing a hand over her mouth. The blonde observed Anna’s expression turn from one of curiosity to worry, and she knew it was her fault. She would never be staring at her hands suspiciously if this hadn’t happened. Elsa noted that the only way out of this situation—and to save her own dignity was to lie.

"Yes, you’re fingers are unusual looking." she answered bluntly, feeling her sister’s eyes on her.

Anna felt a sinking feeling in her stomach at Elsa's words... Were her fingers truly that unusual? For a split second, hurt flashed in her eyes, but it was quickly replaced with a small smile on her lips. "O-Oh," she said with a shaky-sounding laugh. "Yeah, I guess they are, aren't they?"

The princess abruptly got to her feet and turned around, her back facing Elsa. "Anyways, I'm sorry for intruding on you. I'm gonna get going," she continued, taking a firm step towards the door. "I'm sure Olaf's getting tired of waiting for me! I'll see you later, Elsa."

╰❅╮— Elsa swatted her sister’s hand away, fixing her dress. “You could’ve knocked…” she ground out. She turned her gaze away, shaking her head at herself in disbelief. It was only recently that the tightly closed doors had opened again, and Elsa liked it. But, there were times where she wished they were closed again.

“———-What was that about my fingers?"

She felt air get trapped in her throat, creating a lump and forcing her to cough. “Fingers? What?” she felt her fingers start to fiddle with each other out of nervousness. “W-What about fingers?”

Anna retracted her hand with a blink, clutching it to her chest instead. "I'm not deaf, you know..." she murmured. Still, she wasn't quite certain what exactly she had walked in on earlier, besides her sister uttering something about her fingers. Were they funny-looking or something? She held up her own hands in front of her face for a moment, quickly inspecting each finger before speaking again.

"When I walked in earlier, you were saying something about "Anna's fingers", weren't you?" she asked, leaning closer to Elsa. "I mean, I heard you. I just... What is it about my fingers? Do you not like them?"

Elsa untied her mess of limbs and forced herself to sit up, her icy optics meeting Anna’s blue ones. “Y-Yes, I’m alright… You just startled me with your sudden appearance.” Anna did have a unusual way of showing up at the wrong place at the wrong times… such as this particular incident. Though, the redhead didn’t say anything so Elsa assumed that she didn’t see anything.

Anna scooted back some as Elsa sat up, letting out a bubbly giggle. "Oh! I'm really sorry, Elsa," she apologized sincerely, reaching out a hand to gently rub her sister's back. "I didn't mean to startle you like that. I was actually looking for you because, well..." Just as it seemed she was about to finish her sentence, remembrance flashed across her face and she nervously rubbed the back of her neck, raising her eyes again to meet Elsa's. "But uh, first things first... What was that about my fingers?"
