Ooh, I love seeing their faces when the magic starts. Most of them ain’t never seen real magic before, just little parlor tricks and whatever little bit they can trap in their fancy machines. But that ain’t real magic.

Magic needs to be free. That’s what those eggheads in Piltover don’t get, and it’s why those slaver bastards in Ionia are gonna get what’s comin’ to ‘em. Magic should be feared. It needs to be respected. But chaining it up, trying to get it to behave exactly how you want? That don’t make it safer. It just makes it more dangerous the moment it breaks free.

But you let it go? It’ll be dazzlin’ their eyes, whisperin’ in their ears, speakin’ to their soul. Ain’t none of them are ever gonna be the same. It’s in their eyes. You can tell – they’re experiencing something life-changing.
