Form needs a lot of work but after tons of practice I can finally do a handstand!!! (mostly off the wall...). I pretty much live at @yogashelter these days 😎!

Finally worked up courage to take a vacation completely on my own. Spent it taking in the mountains in colorado.

A year ago I ran a marathon. Now I barely run over four miles at a time and do yoga 4-5 days a week. It sounds cliche but yoga has really changed my life in so many ways. So thankful to have found it.

It has been such a struggle to get back to my summer level of running fitness! Slowly and surely I will get it back.
