Backstory: technically Priscilla was born in Vault 21, her mother taking her out of the vault only days after she was born. Unbeknownst to Priscilla her mother had been indebted to the Van Graff family though the details have never been told to her. Once Priscillas mother took her from the vault to try and escape the Vegas Strip and in turn her debt she was caught by a few of the Van Graff guards. Priscilla was separated from her mother, being told that she was merely abandoned as a child and being raised by the Van Graff family Matriarch herself. Priscilla grew to be an important part of the Van Graff family, her perception and instinct fairing greatly in her work and the Van Graff family Matriarch seemed proud of the woman she raised Priscilla to be
