You can recover from every mistake you might make. Even the worst people on this earth could be forgiven if they were to take the necessary and appropiate steps. Looking stupid, falling for the wrong person, trusting the wrong person, putting something out there that isn't good. I am not saying things will be forgotten nor to commit crimes but there are countless things that you can do that in a year nobody will remember speaking from personal experience. Look like a fool, life because honestly when people see that their shame doesn't affect you they lose interest on their own.

I got a notification a few days ago that I made my 500th post. I just started reposting things on a lark. I probably made this account around 2013 or so. I'm trying to remember if I had an account before I moved for college. I'm sure that's below the average of how often people post. I only briefly got into the habit of reposting stuff I liked/was into/expressed some sentiment that resonated with me.

I met two of my exes on here. I shared some of the better moments of my adult life with them. The way things ended soured my memories for a while but now I can appreciate those times as something special despite how the relationships attached to them ended. I used to wonder how something can change so fast but a lot of the time there's stuff happening behind the scenes that one or both parties never communicated.

I don't hate where I am in my life right now. I might be in a job I enjoy more if I went back to school but I'm not sure I'd be happier. It'd likely just would become my new normal. I should make some life change soon though. Sometimes it's just hard to do things for yourself when it feels you don't have anyone to share in your joys with.

I used to have so many dreams and aspirations for myself. Now I'm just waiting for something to change but I think it's not likely to happen unless I start the ball rolling.

I really don't talk to people on here anymore but if someone I used to reads this I hope you're doing alright. I hope the past isn't a source of resentment or the future a source of worry or hopelessness.
