“Control over fire...? Why the heck would you ask...” Then, he frowned. There was the smell of something in the air. Slowly, Damien turned around. 

“My bacon!”

It was almost as if he forgot you were there, already reaching fo the bracer on his arm. 

“Crap--”

He tossed away the guard and there was a brief flash of flame. When you could once again see, you found a very odd sight before you.
