Hello all! My name is Nicole & I am 17 and I am a vegan .. well ... aspiring vegan, I feel like I should hold out for about 6 months before I can actually call myself a vegan... anyway! I'm making this lifestyle change not to lose weight not for the animals (even tho I do love them), not for political reasons but for my health, I have some issues with my intestines & bowel and have had them for about 3 years now, basically If I don't take laxatives daily I won't go to the bathroom .... gross, i know! I've become dependent on them and its destroying my body, so i'm making this movement in search for better health so that hopefully soon i will be regular & healthy! <3

RAW vegan milk-less milkshake

1 Banana (ripe)

5 Dates (pitted)

200mls of water (approx)

1 drop of vanilla extract

Blend until thin & smooth

This is amazing! I tried it today for the first time its such a healthy little snack, it tastes just like a caramel milkshake and doesn't leave you feeling bloated! :)
