There's nothing like a delicious breakfast to start off a difficult day! I'm convinced that the more yummy your breakfast is, the better your day will be. Today I made these stunning banana pancakes made with just three ingredients. For the pancakes: 🌱 Oats 🌿 1 banana 🌾 Coconut milk (any vegetal milk will be ok) I added vanilla extract and cinnamon just for extra flavour. Mix all ingredients. The batter should be liquid but not that much (the more liquid it is, the harder it will be to manipulate it in the pan) For the topping I used (a Lot) of starwberries. And Nuts.
