27.7lbs gone, since April.

still so far to go, but my god I am so happy to have the literal weight lifted off me

seeing the scale move is amazing but better than that are the little changes…..

I brush my hand over my shin and feel the ridge of the bone, I buy a pair of jeans and a week later they’re hanging off, I see the ridges of my spine again after 4 years lost in fat

6 months until my wedding- I wonder how much more I can lose before then
