i bet it feels good as fuck to intend to do something and then actually do it

i bought this cheap tongue scraper at the grocery store or something idk bc my method the last couple years has been using the toothbrush + toothpaste like 1 or 2 passes and then rinse w water and another pass with toothbrush + water only and then rinse again.

hence i feel like i've been torturing myself for no reason (this all takes extra time + obv not fun for the gag reflex) but then when i tried the tongue scraper all it did was dry out my tongue and not even clean it. which also feels torturous like ok my tongue is dry & dirty that's horrible. so i've returned to the toothbrush method but my question is did i just buy a bad tongue scraper or are they actually not as effective..

#possibly my method is like crazy overkill but whenever i don't do it it's like what's the point of my teeth being fully clean & not my tongu #everything should be an equal amount of clean or dirty. this actually bothers me sometimes when i brush my teeth #and i'm too tired to wash my face or vice versa. but the laziness is pretty competitive so sometimes i just go w it #also started brushing the roof of my mouth for this reason. which interestingly is much easier to handle gag reflex wise than the tongue #also my oral hygiene used to be umm not that good in highschool but now that i've come up w this whole thing i do feel very #dolphin.jpg like it's very satisfying now. i do wish they made more variety of toothbrush stiffnessess though. we need more medium options

they did have paneer at the store and it came out okay but i do need more practice to improve my paneer game

#i've only tried baking it twice and both times i was in a rush #more salt & powder mix i think and also more time to marinate

i did soo much laundry just now and i have 45 minutes to go the store & then make paneer and some dips to go w it

guys do not stay up until 3am it's bad. unless u are partying or having a fun sleepover then it can sometimes be good but that is not the case of what i've done to ruin my evening
