Hey, I have a question. How does this scene play out physically with Victor as Soda? In the pic, it feels like they’re really leaning on each other for support in this scene, and I’m wondering if that’s just a Jason and Brent thing? There were several times that they seemed to lean on each other for support, like the way that they share a cigarette and lean on each other during Hopeless War. Would you be able to speak to this? Thank you. And also thank you for your fan fiction, I’m already a fan of it, particularly Pretty Boy. You’re awesome.

Hi! It plays out pretty much the same way with Victor (from what I remember, I will not lie I am having a little trouble remembering) . They still lean on each other, and the physicality between Victor and Brent is pretty much the same with Jason and Brent. I will say, I think the physical affection depends on so many factors. For example, I noticed Jason was his most physical affectionate with Trevor as Ponyboy, especially during the scene when Johnny 💀. It's just so interesting to see how the relationships change slightly depending on who's playing who (I've only ever seen Brent as Darry, so can't say much about him) but yeah, for this scene in particular, it is pretty much the same as with Jason. The only difference is that when Victor does Soda's "break down" he's a lot less distraught/devastated and comes off more as begging and even a little bit angry.

One of my favorite headcanons I have for the ace x marcia universe is that ace had to explain a lesbian date to two-bit.

Until now, whenever she’d make plans, it would always just be assumed that he was joining along because they’re best friends. But despite her trying to emphasize the fact that it’ll just be her and marcia— alone— getting milkshakes at the diner, he still tried to join.

She had to explain to him the third time he tried to crash that they were in fact on a date because they’re dating, even if they can’t tell most people.

He already knew about her and Marcia being together. The thing that wasn’t clicking was that their dates didn’t include him third wheeling.

He finally understood, even if he was a little bummed he now has to share time with his best friend with someone else.

Marcia was more amused than anything else, finding it adorable that he wanted to spend so much time with Ace. Although she still did like to keep their date time their time.
