› Shelly is a transgender lesbian woman, and she hates the rumors spread by Starr Park that she has romantic feelings for Colt or Fang.
› Shelly has several scars on her body, mainly on her hands. She usually keeps the scars hidden by clothing or bandages.
› Shelly has a strong physique, mainly due to her job as a ranger.
› Shelly had a past connected with banditry before going to Starr Park and becoming a Ranger. She tries to hide this past from others at all costs, and few brawlers know about her past.
› Shelly exhibits the behaviors of a workaholic, and she often dedicates herself excessively to her work.
› Shelly is quite emotionally closed off when it comes to romantic relationships and has repressed her ability to fall in love with someone because of this.
› Shelly isn't the extremely serious figure many people think she is; she's just someone who isn't as emotionally open as Colt, for example. But she manages to be quite fun to be around.

› The first person Nari met when she arrived at Starr Park was Shelly. Shelly showed her around the whole park, and Nari found her both a little intimidating and... Really gorgeous.
› The first person Nari fell in love with at Starr Park was Shelly. However, she felt she had no chance with her because Shelly "Didn't sound interested in a relationship."
› When Shelly realized that she had indeed developed romantic feelings for Nari, she was in a state of denial, especially when she saw that Nari had entered into a relationship with Bull and Colt.
› When Shelly confessed her feelings to Nari shortly after the gem incident, she expected rejection. However, to her surprise, Nari seemed extremely happy and accepted the confession.
