“So… you’re a parasite?” he asked, since that was how it made sense to Aiden’s mind, “Not that I’m gonna judge, despite us cats being excellent at that,” he added loftily, “Though you may wanna be careful, there’s lots of heroes running around this city nowadays and if they’re not heroes they’re creepy green monsters that look like people.”
The cat shook his head from side to side, “It’s not even safe for animals to wonder around anymore.”
“Yes, Skrulls--we have heard about them. We heard that they snatch up heroes or important figures and masquerade as them.” Eddie went on, frowning as he thought about it. Luckily for him, the alien gave him heightened senses--enough so that he was able to detect who was real and who was a fake. So far their spider remained the same. He hoped that will remain the case. Spider-Man only belonged to Venom, after all.
“So you...wander about and hope to stay out of sight?” he questioned.
