Canon Divergent:
His animal is a serpent instead of a spider. Naraku is also not entirely heartless, but does not open up easily to anyone. Shipping is possible but don't expect him to bend easily. Patience and understanding will help Naraku to open up in his own way. He may not show such feelings unless in private. Again, in his own way. Naraku can and will be possessive over what he feels is his. Be it people or not. Although if he cares enough? Naraku will try to shield them the more terrible things of what he does. Having said person stay inside or somewhere safe until said business is over with.
Bio:
Naraku has been biding his time since the last fight. Having managed to get a hold of another jewel shard. With this he was able to create another incarnation. This one being made from the remnants of his human self. A hanyou instead of one of the usual full on demonic types. The hanyou took a liking to the name Hitomi, so that is the name he was given. And unlike the previous incarnations, Hitomi has his full physical form. Which means his physical heart is part of it. However his tie to Naraku is more by the soul. Due to being his literal light half. As such a separation is not likely without one or both being destroyed. Hitomi is much more kind and gentle yet also has a lot of power. He has to remain near Naraku or risk his life coming to an end. Fast or slow depends on how far he's gone and his power will either fade or be sent back to Naraku.
Personality:
Cold, cruel and very manipulative. Most of the time Naraku does not care for most others and would prefer using them than forming genuine close relationships. However there is a slightly more soft side deep down. One that Naraku has tried time and time again to destroy. He has reached the point of accepting it is there but locks it away as much as possible. Hiding what is left of his humanity from the world. Denying he is 'weak' to anyone that may see one or more signs. However if anyone does see that side of him? Naraku is very likely to kill said person or people. If its an animal? He may show slightly more mercy. Depending on if the creature belongs to his enemies.
Reborn Into Light verse:
After the final battle Naraku’s darker side is sealed away, from Kagome’s purification arrow. In this sense he had been cleansed of evil. His chest has a huge scar from where the arrow pierced him. Naraku has lost a majority of his memories and does not recall harming innocents. However he does have dreams and nightmares of images and moments from his past. Naraku does not recall his name and the villagers that took him in, called him Saisei. However over time Naraku wanted to change that name to something he chose. Rather than what he was given. As such, he changed it to Honoka. Naraku aided the villagers when demons attacked. Mending their wounds and became a doctor for them. Once people began to pay him for his services, he was able to make enough money to travel. He hopes to one day find his missing memories.

Appearance: Raven black hair and teal eyes
Bio:
Hitomi is a newly created incarnation. At first Hitomi thought himself to actually be his dark half. Until learning that was not true and he simply shares a large portion of Naraku's memories. For a time he and Naraku shared the same body. Until the other managed to get hold of another jewel shard. Allowing Hitomi to have his own form but warned not to cross Naraku. Defying his orders means punishment. The severity depending on how much Hitomi did wrong.
Weapon:
Hitomi wields a katana with an aqua colored hilt and sheath.
Powers/abilities:
Hitomi has his own miasma, light magic, and a bit of wind magic. Not nearly on Kagura's level but enough to create small gusts.
Personality:
Hitomi is kind, gentle and follows a sort of, samurai code. As much as he can under Naraku's rule. He isn't fond of killing out of pleasure and would prefer only to kill if he had to. Be it self defense or protecting others. Which Hitomi tries to do as much as possible despite his position. He refuses to slay humans unless forced to. (say a thug/terrible person, etc.) He is the same with demons. If they are reasonable types? Hitomi will try to find a mutual ground and negotiate.
