i know I haven't been on here in one william years but what's with the new wave of "val velocity isn't evil he's just mentally ill!!!" posting. like specifically about the killing dr death thing. like if I recall when volume was murdered there was no one around but the vs, the girl, and the dracs. if the vs didn't tell anyone and the girl didn't tell anyone and yet someone still knows what happened anyway I feel like it's only logical to conclude that person must be in contact with bli. that's not delusional or even an especially paranoid train of thought that literally just makes sense given what val would realistically know. not that I think he was right in killing dr d but let's pause and think about why someone on the losing side of a desperate battle against a fascist state might take some extreme actions to protect themself and their people

also correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't the murder after the nest got blown up? like it's one thing for a nosy reporter to find out about some battle that happened-- you never really know who's watching after all. but that happens and then not long after your home base, which has been off the radar for god knows how long, gets blown up? yeah i probably wouldn't need much more evidence after that either

also no one's being subtle with giving the characters they like autism and ADHD and anxiety and depression and aestheticized PTSD and aestheticized physical disability that of course actually doesn't stop them from being a badass rebel and giving the mean asshole everyone hates npd and BPD and bipolar and schizophrenia and all the "bad" "evil" "scary" disorders
