Jax took the easy way out and it annoys me endlessly. I am forever a Jax hater and will firmly Believe he should have been genuinely punished for his actions. He was an abusive little fuck that should've been hit with more consequences. That man did not deserve to just abstract without facing any genuine consequences and punishment for his actions.
Adding more to this rq, considering the fact gooseworx relates the most to Jax, and that he's definitely her favorite, had already made me lose a lot of hope for the ending before i saw the leaks. But GODDD that sucked ass so bad
Listen, I'm just a teenager who draws, by no means do I have professional experience in creating shows. And for what it's worth, the amazing digital circus did have good moments in my opinion. But the favoritism with Jax really made the show go down hill. For so long as the show kept releasing episodes, it was pretty much like..."Ragatha focused episode? Oh! Oh...okay, more Jax, more Jax character development, okay..." "Ragatha character devolp—no it's just for jax..." "Omg, zooble character development? Oh, back to jax..." Because that's seriously how it was. So much of ragathas scenes that genuinely focus on her ends up being about or for jax. Especially by the end of the series. And don't even get me started on pomni...i feel like most of her character was about gummigoo and Jax, though mainly Jax by the end of the series.

I was hoping so badly for more character development for zooble and ragatha, but NOPE! haha, gotta make sure Jax takes up the most screentime!
They literally made the ending pretty much all about Jax. They didn't even give Caine enough time to really work out his problems! It felt so rushed when he did!! But yknow who got his whole backstory told?... Jax, of course. Because when is it NOT Jax?
Tell me this, why did we need the ending to be so Jax centered? Why did the ending have to be like 50% his backstory? Was it really that important that they had to take away chances to the less developed characters to get some meaningful screentime? So much so that they literally neglected all the other characters and made their problems go away just so they could focus on Jax?
...oh, right, because Jax is gooseworxs favorite, silly me!
A thing I was left wondering about after i finished watching the ending, was "are they really just gonna accept it like that? Are all their problems and issues just GONE?" because, seriously, there was still so much left for the characters to resolve!!!
Because, seriously, theres no way they'd just be like "oh! We have more free will now and we'll never escape the circus and we will forever live with the knowledge that we are just files but that okay, were so happy now! Everyone hold hands!" ... Thats extremely unrealistic.
In short, they took away chances for other characters to be developed and genuine problems to be resolved just so Jax could have the most screentime. TADC is ass.

Actually. I did. Deadass first time I ever heard of it it was through a tiktok video and it was a clip of the one episode abt a bra thief or whatever, and I had absolutely no idea what the show was, so I automatically did in fact assume the MC was one of the basic male students
Animes with male MCs need to make them look less basic I swear to God. Fine I get it's usually so people can make the character a self insert or whatever but COME ON get CREATIVE
I think of heizou actually ended up having that one design that was a supposed leak or whatever (I wasn't there at the time so I'm not sure if it was a fake leak or just a fan design) I would actually. Want him because dude it is SO pretty
I might be biased because I'm back into my bsd phase, and this design just so happens to look a bit like ranpo,, one of my favorite characters, but still. I really love the hair style and clothes especially ngl
His actual design is alright I guess. I just don't like it that much personally. I won't complain if I ever end up getting him, but i probably won't use him. Yes I'm someone who only plays pretty characters/characters who have designs I like leave me alone💔

The character in itself would be different, personality and job or whatever wise. But the design would be pretty inspired by that design, and I'd probably make him inazuman too✌
