I’ve fought tooth and nail to get out of the criminal justice system and I’m so proud of myself for that. Two weeks after this event, the man who charged me (he waited exactly 6 years which is the time it takes to resolve this) contacted me asking if I wanted to meet up and get back together. He tried offering me money….he offered to submit a statement for my pardon (lol?). I can’t articulate the immense pain I felt…..then meeting with my caseworker and sobbing, breaking down in her office. This is a man who refused a peace bond when his lawyer recommended it; he stalked and hacked my socials; he threatened to tell police I stole from him if I didn’t commit to our relationship (I didn’t and it’s on official record). I’m really proud of myself for remaining calm and clear; I let him know I wish him the best and it’s time for us to move on, that chapter has closed. He was surprised by this and kept asking if I was angry/hate him and I took it one step further and said that I forgive him and I just want us to both find happiness. I never thought I’d find my way out of this mess. I enjoy the perks of this lifestyle, like the money, luxury and security, but it does come at a price and sometimes when you stop playing men’s games they will truly come after you. The last sponsor I had pulled connections to find my record and then tried blackmailing me about it. My life has finally turned around though and I have secured my largest allowance yet and all of my material dreams have came true. I finally made it through the storm and I’m back on my path. I am so grateful 🖤
