My personal indulgent take on a humanoid Caine inspired by @doncdesole 's human Caine, which is my personal favorite

I'm not entirely satisfied because I really want to capture somewhat curly hair in a simplified style? Plus I want to make the mustache a bit better too but...

I suppose this works under the idea of Caine making a "humansona" and wanting- YEARNING- to look both attractive and... normal. Just a contemporary ringleader. However he is as manic as a human being that was born and lived his entire life in a cage.

also dont worry about gangle zooble and pomni there. zooble's voice actor made a hilarious post about thinking caine was hot in the last episode and i just think gangle and pomni are low highkey freaks (gangle and zooble can just be freaky together <3) and it's scaring the hoes....

For ANOTHER AU idea where the digital circus cast (even those who abstracted) are all just mascots for old computer programs and it's for fun/no one's a trapped human or artificial human, what do you recommend as matches?

So far:

Caine - Kidx Pix/Mario Paint program called "The Amazing Digital Circus" where you paint and create music on. He's actually got a good life here, just enjoys entertaining kids (stop.. drawing genitals on his canvases please he's begging)

Pomni - "POMNI." accounting and/or excel sheet program. An oddly cute mascot for a sort of stoic office tool. Just wants to be taken seriously and do her job

Gangle - VLC Media player or just a video player in general. 100% Knows you pirated anime with fan translations. Supports you for it, says ROFLCOPTER and XD (actually she might fit better as also an animation software?)

Jax - Keygen. He is LITERALLY keygen.

I need help with Ragatha and Zooble (I would say Defrag for Zooble specifically but i dont understand Defrag yet...)

Scratch is probably an operating system tho. since it's sorta all/half his fault this whole show happened LOL

All right you filthy animals come get your Heartful AU:

A comic in which Pomni and Caine share a drunk conversation about what it means to be human. (My AU subscribes to the theory that these are brain scan copies of people. While some think this means nothing mattered in the story because they're "not human," Zooble/Gangle and even Caine's absolute adoration for humans says otherwise)

Porygon-Z and Dedenne re-inaction of the Heartful AU I guess LOL It's fun to imagine Beta Caine/Red AI as Porygon, the Blue AI as Porygon2, and Final Caine as Porygon-Z. TOO fitting actually. And Pomni's a computer mouse!

We've seen his nightmares, but now he's starting to dream. And it's not something he's exactly happy about. What happens when a robot loves, TRULY loves? What happens when a robot starts to yearn?

Assorted doodles. Caine's first act of genuine kindness is installing a character customization module, all on his own. It's still... Limited to what he knows like he reaaaally doesn't know how to model proper humanoids outside of toys, but still feels more freeing for everyone involved, even himself.

Caine and Pomni's Adventure in: Getting FUCKING KRRRRRRUNK'D

More of the Heartful AU as I've been dubbing it, pretty much an entire potential character and redemption arc for Caine where he's brought back from being deleted and he's no longer in charge of, well, anything really except for his own actions.

And it begins with Pomni sucker punching a heart she conjured into his chest. (Though no one except for really Kinger knows that it's nothing more than a placebo)

When the humans are building a world for themselves in the ruins of another, he has to build himself up from nothing. He wasn't coded to be empathetic or genuine, or to even love himself... But doesn't stop him from learning how to.

(this is post Heartful AU, an AU where Caine is brought back, given a heart, learns empathy and compassion, has a depression arc, and only much later develops a genuine somethingship with Pomni)
