this is an old oc of mine that was designed to be in a world based on a dream i had. i dont really know what i think of the story i came up with looking back. i always had a hard time thinking about other characters in the same universe so i would probably start with giving her friends or enemies.

story time, back when pokemon lets go eevee and pikachu  was first teased, blue appeared in the trailer for like 5 seconds and in the poor quality screenshot i took i mistakenly thought that her dress had a white collar and drew that. i think its really cute on her regardless but i was so embarrassed at the time
