A HUGE bowl with raw yoghurt with avocados, wild dandelion (great for a lot of things!) and lemon with peel. Added some berries and water. Topped with chiaseeds, hempseeds and soaked buckwheat. It tastes like fluffy yoghurt ;)! I also made a zucchini crispbread today in my dehydrator. Also drying som dandelion root that's great if you have tendency for swollen ankles (I got this problem after my second pregnancy). I mix the dried root with turmeric, blackpepper, himalyasalt and garlic and use it to spice food as often as possible! My little one and I did yoga and meditation last night. It was so wonderful to see the calmness and serenity that came with that. This morning I woke early with backpain. I did some agility training with the dog and must have done something "wrong". I have now now stretched and my pain is almost gone AND since I am up early I can meditate and eat breakfast by myself! I grew up with a father who ate dates...so I have tried eating them many times but never really loved them. Then I saw these baby medjools and felt that ok...I will try this! One more time!
