You wouldn’t believe it! ‎It was so amazing!! People were so friendly. It was weird. I can’t explain it.

It was like some kind of Utopia. ‎I don’t get it… but I am definitely going back!

‎Utopia… imagine… Why does being naked with a bunch of strangers feel like heaven?

‎There is something about naturists who love to be naked for fun and philosophical reasons. There is a lightness to them. There is a spirit of adventure and childlike fun.

‎So, I Am a Naturist. A woman who deliberately chooses to take the opportunity to shed her clothing, particularly in natural settings.

‎Why I find it necessary to tell the whole world I’m a naturist rather than keep it private ?

‎The best answer that I can give, that in keeping it all private, there is an oppressive sense that I am hiding in a closet, hiding out of fear.

‎In the past as I got older, though still a youth, I learned to hide within myself, build barriers so that I would not be seen and thus not hurt, as much.

‎As an adult, the barriers were thick, so thick that I lost track of what had been hidden in efforts to protect my self along with all the garbage, and the shame. I found I still continued to deny myself. I was hiding who I was and how I am.

‎And now, my posts about ⁦‪#naturism‬⁩ about telling the truth about my adoption of naturism as therapy.

‎So, if you are a naturist, why do you tell the world ?

What exactly is Naturism?

Is it just people making an excuse to walk around naked?

Or something more?

You might simply fail to see how you can ever remove your clothing in public.

Regardless of your own feelings on the matter, teach your children that they are responsible for their bodies, and no one else. Teach them that clothing is a tool, and not a cage.

‎I have to admit, it took me an awfully long time to love the skin I’m in and find my voice.

‎For years I was worried about how I looked, what to wear, how to act. You get the idea.

‎I stopped caring about what I look like, how I dress, and what you think of me a few years ago.

‎I am beautiful and comfortable in my own skin and that’s what being a strong woman over 50 is all about.

‎And I fucking love every day of my life
