“Some day I’ll have as many pets as Master~” And the little fox was determined enough to do so.

@vicious-intent From here
Slit pupil bright green hues scrunch as smirk curls pretty pale lips up. This familiar signature of reiatsu had canine stench written all over it. Messes with his hair with a slight chuckle. “Ne, Ne, Sshi-kun, Ichimaru-ssama’ss got twice the protection now.” Keeps up the friendly facade though his tone dips into something more menacing. “What’ss your sstand on Aizen?”
The fox let out a soft chuckle as he studied the other’s movement. This situation could be beneficial in multiple ways. “Hoh..? Ya say that as if he n e e d s protection.” Teasing, of course but the spirit had complete faith in his Master. That tone of voice, oh he has heard it a thousand times over-- from his own mouth that is. “That self-made God? che-- Ya really wanna waste time yappin’ about him? Here I assumed ya weren’t boring~” Playfulness danced along his words.
*intense staring*
@shiinsc
Equally intense staring returned.
Though this one had an eerily similar reiatsu, it felt more serpentine. His fluffy tail twitched in curiosity, keeping his fan up-- for now.
Sees something v e r y interesting..
Oh no, Henry definitely sensed that. It thickened the air and he is willing to bet that he has crossed the line. Whatever it was. A tired sigh escaped his lips as he pinched the bridge of his nose. “This day…just keeps getting better and better.”
「 🐍 」 “A little fox told meh yar na playin’ nice, Henry~” Gin wasn’t about to allow anyone to bully his beloved Shinsou. Even if it was likely Shinsou that started it all.
“If ya dun treat me blade nicely, Imma have ta punish ya~”
”It was jus’ awful, Master. Hen-chan tried ta trap my fingers in his book!” The spirit’s tone was all distraught, a clawed hand was clutched to the fabric of Gin’s shirt. Ears flattened, tail coiled around his wielder’s leg. He even went so far as to hide a little behind the serpent, for added guild factor, naturally.
“I was only askin’ what he was readin’-- am I not suppos’ t’do that?”

「 🐍 」 The funny thing about spirits is the owner of that spirit….can feel what’s going on. And the snake is not amused.
Whether or not Henry realized it, his actions were a tipping point for a certain serpent. Shinsou knew that sensation. His own anticipation for what would happen next, it was simply electrifying.
Is it truly rude when you’re trying to ( subtly ) show that he isn’t one to be bothered? Now, Henry isn’t an aggressive person; he isn’t one that resorts to violence of any kind unless his life was being threatened. However… …there could be an exception here and there.
“This one…is about…” SLAM! The book suddenly slammed shut on Shinsou’s hand, blank features staring at the other. “None of your goddamn business.”
When it seemed like Henry was going to play nicely, the spirit picked up on the twitch of movement. The very kind which muscles performed a split second before they contracted. Oh, he was small and seemingly unaware but Shinsou was far too old and definitely in tune with his surroundings.
As the book was shut, fast as that action might have been, this particular zanpakuto was literally the fastest. It would be a cold day in hell if he was to fall prey to a mundane trick like that. A flash of movement, the fox would appear to be a blur to someone with normal sight. Before Henry finished his statement, Shinsou was right behind him, claws now digging into the back of his leg in a clean swipe.
“Ah- ah- ah~” The spirit still kept that playful tone. “Betta be careful, Hen-chan. Or someone’s gonna get seriously hurt.”
His face seemed to darken as he tilted his head down, but those eyes nearly closed, almost a mirror image of Gin within his expression. “Wouldn’t want that, now would ya?”
“…Sharper than your words.” Henry decided to be lenient. It wasn’t like he was dealing with the real deal here like Gin but not exactly a carbon copy. He isn’t sure how to describe it for now.
“Henry Townshend. Nice…to meet you.” That was his only response for now as he gave his attention upon the book, If the other was going to be nothing but a nuisance, then Henry should not even bother. To be quite honest, he was growing tired of the thorns growing at his sides lately but like what can he do exactly? His voice didn’t matter in the roaring hurricane that was fate being the ultimate b i t c h here.
”Oho~ Look at ya, being so RUDE when I’ve barely just met ya. Tsk tsk~” The spirit unfolded his fan, hiding his mouth behind it, as if he were actually offended.
Finally, his name was revealed and it all became clear. “It really is nice to meet me, I know~” No lack in ego for such a small being. The fox began to poke around, circling him slowly. “Henry-- naw I don’t like that too much. I’mma call ya.. Hen-chan~”
As the guy started to focus on the book again, Shinsou’s ears fell flat. One thing the spirit disliked was to be ignored. “Let’s give this one more try then..” Placing a clawed hand on the open pages of said book. “What’s this one about, hmm.. Hen-chan~?” Lavender eyes widening in that kit-like curiosity.
Ya couldn’t ignore me if ya tried.
That sweetening deceit poured into his mouth and it just made Henry realized why he felt so familiar. This was just going to be such a great day for Henry. ( Note the sarcasm here )
“Yes. That’s…exactly what it is. I bet you are…just a dumb fox since you’re playing the clueless card here. How could I ever…interact with someone like you?” The toneless words were just pouring out yet Henry couldn’t help it. It was almost like a second nature to him when dealing with a familiar presence.
.”Well now, yer just sharp as a tack, arent’cha?” Oh you can bet that grin isn’t about to vanish any time soon. “But ya know.. it would be rude of me to go on without at least introducing myself. Can’t have ya callin’ me ‘dumb fox’ now, can I?”
His attention focused on the male, sizing him up as if he was some rodent to toy with. “Names’ Shinsou.. Now would be the proper time ta give yer name-- in case yer mama hadn’t taught ya manners, that is.”
「 🐍 」 Gives his precious spirit ear scratches. He’s so proud of the little brat~ “Yar such a good boy~ Have ya been playin’ with anyone interestin’~?” Then again, Gin had a few ideas of just how Shinrou could help him…
The scratches lead to the spirit purring contently. “Ya do flatter me, Master~” His tone sweet as honey. He glanced up at the serpent with a growing smirk. “There is this one guy.. I believe ya already know ‘im. Got light brown hair-- seems kinda fidgety but I didn’t catch his name yet.”
vicariousphotographer:
“…….” He blinked as he came closer to him, even invading into his personal space without any warning. Why did this being felt strangely familiar…
“It’s…something called a book. It’s what I read…whenever I’m bored and not bothered… by strangers who gets a bit too close for my liking.”.
The spirit deadpanned at the literal answer he was given. One of his ears twitched in slight annoyance.
“Ohhh-- is that what this is?” His voice sweetening right up. “Because I was just guessing it was somethin’ ya read. Maybe.. I dunno.. just maybe I was askin’ what the book was about buuuut-- I’m jus’ a dumb fox, how could I p o s s i b l y ask somethin’ like that?” His innocent blinking was completely over the top.
「 🐍 」 Happily holds the precious fox with head pats.
Pleased fox noises, nudging his head into his Master’s palm gently. “I’ve been good~ Haven’t scared anyone away for a few days!” He beamed proudly, tail swaying side to side.
He had been reading a book he found some interest in until he sensed another presence in the area. Nearby, actually. Taking note of where he left off, Henry turned to the other. “…May I help you?”
This guy didn’t seem all too interesting but Shinsou wouldn’t wander off at first glance. He completely ignored the man’s question and broke into what may be considered his ‘personal bubble’. Peering at the book for a moment before glancing up with a curious look in his eyes. “What’s this yer readin’?”
「 🐍 」 Innocent whistling.
Trots right over and hugs his waist.

The spirit hummed to himself, taking note of the brunet. He seemed awfully familiar for some reason.
