The games are closing in, a terrifying idea in itself, but for VICTORS, the ones who didn’t train for it, who didn’t choose to go into the arena : it’s a reminder, a twitch in the back of his mind towards things he would rather forget. A hand moves to his torso, dull nails scratch at his stomach and he has to cover a wince, leaning closer to the bar between them, he sets his glass down, and slides it towards her. “One on the house, and we'll call it even.”
