i think i should make fan designs for some of my f/os but specifically with what i like to call the DeviantArt Method: wherein aspects of the design are changed/removed/added/etcetera but NOT for realism or to add more "personality" or anything like that. just to make them look cooler or otherwise more visually appealing to the person making it. completely disregarding canon accuracy in the name of swag /positive

i just watched the batman animated episode perchance to dream. the episode is about mad hatter trapping batman in a dream world. eventually he escapes and when batman asks mad hatter why he did it this is his response

"YOU, OF ALL PEOPLE, HAVE THE GALL TO ASK ME THAT?! YOU RUINED MY LIFE! I WAS WILLING TO GIVE YOU WHATEVER LIFE YOU WANTED, JUST TO KEEP YOU OUT OF MINE!"

pr*sh*ppers are so fucking funny and they never mean to be. i remember seeing a demon slayer fanfic blog that would age up all the characters for the sole purpose of writing smut with them in it and they had something like "please read this before asking me about why i age up the characters :)))" in their pinned so i clicked on the link and it went to an anonymous ask that literally just read something like "aging up the underage characters just for nsfw is kinda gross" like it wasn't even aggressive and they got so fucking mad at this like they posted an essay length manifesto about how evil anon was for daring to say that. and it started with "THEN. BLOCK. ME." in red bold biggest font or some combo like that. and also the words were seperated by newlines. i didn't read all of it for obvious reasons but they added a gif of one of the demon slayer characters looking really mad in the middle of their cartoon villain monologue for seemingly no reason and i was laughing my ass off
