Determined to change my life and be fit, strong, and healthy I am 32 years old and I am 5'5 My starting weight was 198.2lbs 10/16 Current weight is 184.6lbs 12/4 CW 177.8lbs 2/28 CW 191.2 11/28 CW 188 4/10 CW 174 4/18/14 CW 161.3 7/1/14This is the time. I want to be fit and healthy. Don't have an exact number I want to be. It all depends on how I look.
