IT SEEMED likely that the other would not come to a harsher approach; so very typical of cowads of jefferson’s caliber, who had been unable to FACE WAR like any man of honor. scoffing right back, he shakes his head.

   Thomas Jefferson, being of generally ill humour but, most importantly, no humour at all, wasn’t the least bit ASHAMED of his lack of involvement in the more physical aspects of the war. He didn’t have the self-reflection required to feel SHAME.

      If only he’d stayed in Paris long enough to be executed.

DESPITE the advantage jefferson holds in height, burr seems mostly UNFAZED, tipping his chin up to look him in the eye, holding his ground without HESITATION.

if any of you follow my personal or my oc blog ( @lesbianlafayette and @timefought respectively ), or incidentally observed the scant media coverage, you may be aware of events that just occurred here in Australia. in essence, a fourteen-year-old black boy in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, was murdered by a grown white man in cold blood. an uprising was staged, with members of the community smashing the windows of the courthouse in retaliation for the ongoing violence against us.

this is a horrible tragedy, and a great injustice. my people are in mourning for a little boy who was slaughtered, the third death in his family in as many weeks, waiting for a justice system that won’t punish his killer. as such, I likely won’t be posting here for a little while. if anyone needs or wants to speak with me, i’m always contactable via IM or ask (best to my oc, but personal is fine too of course). for mutuals I can give my sk/ype or k/ik. as an individual i need a lot of support in the coming weeks to handle this, so any outreach would be appreciated.
