Her free periods seemed to be going by quicker and quicker as the school year went on. One moment it was time for a break and the next she was turning around to head back to class “If this is what it’s like going to a high school campus I’m glad I was home schooled.” once the thought exited her mouth she regretted it, well maybe not.

As per her usual daily to weekly routine Loki was approached by another, possibly for cooking tips or simply for directions. It didn’t bother her though, she loved feeling useful, it fueled her days as a matter of fact. The young female that approached her seemed like most other students here; kind and filled with a hidden agenda. But she didn’t mind that. To each their own. The petite raven smiled kindly “Yes of course, how may I help you?”

So she was home schooled...? Maggie pretended not to hear anything to prevent embarassment from the teacher. She understood how it would be a little embarassing to be caught thinking out loud and talking to yourself. Well, if she was home schooled, she would've had plenty of time at home to learn how to cook.

When Maggie saw the teacher's warm smile, she felt slightly relieved. Friendlier than she thought. At least she wasn't super strict, like most teachers at her previous school.

"Uh... I don't know your name yet, but miss... Can you help me out with something? I'm REALLY terrible at cooking, but I'm really interested in learning it. For some reason, every time I cook, my dish doesn't work out like I expect it to."

She cringed away from her former friend at the harsh words she spat back- honestly, she was numb to it, now. It had been so long that the two had gotten along that any positivity was beginning to fade into the haze of happy memories.

Ava looked around anxiously, trying to find some avenue of escape. To her luck, they were in a relatively busy hallway, so Maggie wouldn’t be able to get any punches in, but that also meant it would be harder to run…

"S-sorry…" was all she could manage. It’s not like she could say anything that would make a difference, anyways. Her thoughts strayed back to what Maggie had said- a loser who dies alone, huh? Well, maybe a loser, alright, but alone…

… She’d rather die alone.

Ava was always Maggie's punching bag. Every single bit of her frustration would be taken out on her. If only they were still the best of friends, Ava wouldn't end up like this.

Ava was probably used to the harsh words Maggie told her. Though, maybe it didn't have to end up this way. Maggie did think about it a few times, but would just brush it off like their past friendship didn't exist at all. Her lips curled into a smirk.

"Sorry? Yeah, you should be. Just stay OUT of my way. Like, gosh. Don't you get tired of following me around? Geez, if you really don't have anything better to do, find a guy."

Can't guarantee that the dude would like her back, though. Who would like someone like AVA?

She hadn’t thought she’d ever see her again.

Sure, it had really, really hurt when she’d made the decision to leave their old boarding school behind- leave Maggie behind- but in the end, she thought it was better. Maybe they would both get better if they were away from eachother: no more chaos every time they were in the same room, no more shouting and fighting…

But, of course, whatever Ava wished for never came true.

"Maggie…?" was all she managed to get out before the all too familiar feeling of being wrenched out of control of her body came over her.

"Wow, if it isn’t my favourite little slut.” she hissed, voice dripping with malice. “Any new boy-toys I should know about? How many dicks are you sucking now? Five? Ten?”

"What? Can't say anything else?"

Ava's always been like that. Always at a lost for words when Maggie comes up to her. If she didn't have horrible social skills and wasn't a freak, maybe they still would've been best friends. But, Maggie didn't NEED a friend or anything, right? After all, she only needs someone to love her. A boyfriend fulfils both roles of a lover and a friend. Well, at least it's better than being stuck with Ava.

Suddenly, Ava started talking in a weird manner. Boy-toys? Dicks? Maggie's lips curled into a frown. If they were in some isolated place, she probably would've destroyed her. However, Maggie had to keep her cool and show Ava who's boss at the same time.

"Shut the fuck up, Ava. At least I'm not a loser like you. You're probably just covering up the fact that you'll die alone."

Ever since Maggie arrived at this new place, she had been trying to find someone to hook up with. It had always been one crush after another when it came to Maggie, so it felt a little weird to not have someone become the object of her affection.

Suddenly, she bumped into someone. Oh no. He's hot. Her cheeks soon turned red. Time to turn on the charm.

"Oh... Sorry. I'm such a klutz."

"I haven't met many people, so... Can I introduce myself to you? I'm Maggie. Maggie Lacivi."

The female was taking a stroll. Now, time to snag a guy! Except... She had a problem. Of course, Maggie was an expert in the 'art of seduction'. However, she had to improve on her tactics. The way to a guy's heart is his stomach. Maggie was horrible at cooking. In fact, home economics was the least favourite class she had at her previous school.

While she was walking around, she spotted another female. One that seemed to be slightly shorter than her. Wasn't she the teacher for the cooking class? Guess she should ask for her help. After all, she didn't seem as boring or uptight as stereotypical teachers.

"Uh... Miss? Can you help me with something?"

Just when Maggie thought that she was going to have a peaceful life here and meet her significant other in Kerria Academy... SHE appears. Ava. Ava Ire. Also known as the class weirdo. To this day, Maggie still can't believe that she used to be her friend.

"What are you DOING here?"

The female spoke in a soft tone to the other girl, after all, she hadn't met any guys yet. Wouldn't want to cause a commotion. Or give a hottie a bad first impression. But seriously, what was Ava's deal!? She was always around wherever Maggie went. Creepy.
