This took a lot longer to complete, I must admit.
I will provide a synopsis but please note this house is best toured in game first hand. There is too much detail across two floors that only 10 photos can appropriately capture. Its a shame, really.
This is the second large iāve ever been commissioned for and this one is for a personal abode - a family home of two - with a heavy cottage/woodland/verdant feel to it. The verdant motif is shown throughout the venue with requests of pinks, turquoise blue, black, and olive green in particular. It was asked of me to display the Hades statue and Shinryuās wing.
Now, on with the walkthrough.
As you enter the home you land into a small foyer. A great space to unload your adventuring bags, take off your shoes, sink your umbrella into itās little home to dry out. But as you turn to look into the rest of the home you are greeted by natural skylights, a cosmic chandelier, fish tanks as a central focal point on the stairwell and water features in every corner of the foyer. It doesnāt feel boxy at all. As a matter of fact, it feels bigger than what it should be.
Off to the left is where one should go first, filing right into an L shaped kitchen with a central island and bar setting with a lofted dining space. Unseen here is a cozy artisanās nook: perfect for napping, crafting, and meeting supply and demand all in the comfort of oneās home.
Across the foyer to the right of the main floor is a library/study/office compilation. Central seating is settled in front of a chic fireplace while long windows line the back of an office desk housed with family photos, favorite book, and an idle stack of bills.
As one travels up the stairs, they get a sense of how far the verdant overtake travels throughout the mansion. The stairs split before the fish tanks, two paths demanding your attention: one right, one left. Going left first leads into a bedroom suite. A cherry blossom bed is slightly pulled out from the verdant wall and easily accessible. This transitions into an open closet and vanity as well as an activity space for a dancer - yes, pole included. A verdant, and nightly backdrop provides excellent opportunity for photos. Beyond a brightly colored door is a woodsy, darker setting with stained glass windows and a gothic-esque bathroom. A clawfoot tub awaits one at the center of a rose-petal carpet while wooden double vanitiesĀ rest on the opposite side.
As one enters the rightĀ side however upstairs, theyāll find the magnum opus of this verdant palace - the sunroom. Filled with recreational activities such as gardening, music, and painting, this space is meant to be relaxing and always well lit - especially when the sun is out. Paissa swing chairs are the perfect place for an afternoon nap!
Now, tellĀ Ā meĀ this isnāt a place you wouldnāt want to be... IĀ wantĀ to live here~.
