Sorry for the question, I feel these might get infuriating, but on behalf of a few friends of mine, I'd like to ask if you actively support Marilyn Manson even if with all the allegations of rape and sexual assault around him? I think these are relatively well known, but I am asking just in case. Especially considering your discord profile is set to Marilyn Manson.

I don't mind the questions, I'd rather clarify than have people assume, but, TLDR, nope. 🤞 his music is a current very big influence on me and fixation that's been keeping me going but I do not support him as a person nor care at all about his personal life, I only care for the band and music. Same with many other music artists that I listen to or film directors that I watch. Do I want francis ford coppola flogged in the streets and banned from filmmaking? yep. Do I still rewatch the 1992 Dracula because I think it's artistically very cool? yurrp. unfortunately.

Most people listen to musicians or watch media made by/involving people that are abusers or have accusations against them and it's genuinely inescapable. I've kind of just given up boycotting when it comes to art because in the grand scheme of things as long as I focus on supporting victims that I personally know rather than investing my time into allegations towards people I don't know then I think that's fine and pretty commonplace

#I guess on more of a personal note I'm also just going through what we call a phase #people in my personal life bend over backwards to defend abusers if it benefits them or they know them but act holier than thou because #i guess they don't listen to MSI or whatever #like yeah sure you defend a genuine child beater but good for you on boycotting jimmy urine #doing the world a great service eh #I suppose experiencing that constantly has just made me a bit numb to it #everyone is beating everybody and nobody cares unless they are famous #vv answers

oh my god I only just now saw this and its from march, nightmare, horrible, im so sorry.

I need to rework my carrd to be a smidgen less of an inaccessible eyesore and adjust my prices and references first, and things have just been a bit garbled in my home life (yes, since march, free me from this madness.) but hopefully sometime soon after my birthday (the 20th woohoo) I'll be able to set aside time to rework my carrd and open commissions back up!!! I'm glad people have interest in them that's reassuring at least haha

ITS NOT AN ARM BAND HAHA DONT BE SCARED its belt buckle straps, they are on both arms! you can see them in all my drawings of Daska (headmate)! he has 18 belt buckles in total all over his main outfit, he wears military/industrial goth fashion which is specifically about reclaiming the uniform look for the pacifist post-punk scene, hence why Daska's outfit doesn't have ANY insignias or badges and mostly utilizes belts and straps but I understand the fear! his original design actually had a cross necklace before but I realized really quickly that could be mistake for an iron cross so I nuked it LMFAO.
