Porcelain, Ball-Jointed. One of a kind. China-painted features and body blush.
Face painting and body blushing are permanent and absolutely non-removable because China paint is molecularly bonded to the top layer of porcelain at a temperature of 1375° F. Her tattoo is hand painted china too. Each joint is strung up with its own steel spring with an individual level of tension. This stringing technique allows for an incredible degree of articulation. Thatâs why all porcelain Enchanted Dolls can easily assume and hold a wide range of human movements and poses.
This dolls comes with 3 hand made and styled wigs created just for her, along with a flexible steel stand, a pair of Sterling Silver slippers embellished with fresh water Pearls, Rubies and crystals and Zirconium hair accessories.

Ok, so this is me with my new book, Supply and Demand by Shepard Fairey. I've had it all of four hours and I'm still crying with happiness. It is so awesome I just don't think there are any words to describe how freaking relevant everything this man says is to me and what society really needs to hear. As an artist, his whole thought process and technical beauty is just mind blowing when you put it next to the fact that he has an intelligent and supported opinion on everything. There is so much of Shepard in this book, compared to many of the books from artists who only contribute minimally, his perspective and reflection is present on practically every page. You can see just how much love he's put into it and just how passionate he is about his concepts. As a fairly strong-minded person when it comes to politics and ethics, its unbelievable how persuasive his words can be. However its a fuzzy/good sort of persuasion because each and every word doesn't come from the typical voice of condescension and superiority that can often be experienced in the art world - particularly street art. Hopefully I'm going to use this book to convince my anti-street-art friends that this guy is freaking fantastic. Plus, there is a shit load of pretty pictures if you're not interested. -H
The Quietest Place on Earth Will Drive You Insane Within 45 Minutes
Thereâs a small room in Minnesota that blocks out 99% of all external sound. Thatâs an impressive number! Also impressive: nobody can take more than 45 minutes alone in the room before they go nuts.
The Daily Mail describes Orfield Labsâ anechoic chamberâperfect for making extremely sensitive audio measurements. But also perfect for sending you into a hallucinatory hell so hellacious youâll need a chair:
âWhen itâs quiet, ears will adapt. The quieter the room, the more things you hear. Youâll hear your heart beating, sometimes you can hear your lungs, hear your stomach gurgling loudly. âIn the anechoic chamber, you become the sound.â And this is a very disorientating experience. Mr Orfield explained that itâs so disconcerting that sitting down is a must. He said: âHow you orient yourself is through sounds you hear when you walk. In the anechnoic chamber, you donât have any cues. You take away the perceptual cues that allow you to balance and manoeuvre. If youâre in there for half an hour, you have to be in a chair.â
That sounds swell. Just the serene quiet of you, your thoughts, and the unceasing pounding of the human heart. Your brain canât take it, apparently, and begins to fabricate sounds that arenât really thereâcompletely delusional noises meant to block out the churning of your own horrid biomass.
