Jack’s breathing got deep and heavy. He didn’t know what he was thinking at the moment. “I didn’t say no because I’m Oliver’s best mate. I said no because I can’t see you hurt like all the girls I’ve been with…” He voice left off as a whisper as he once again gently cupped her…

Pulling back and looking down he lightly shook his head. “I’m sorry….this…..this means nothing.” He told her in a whisper. With a sigh he backed a few steps back so they weren’t close together anymore. “You can make it the rest of the way to your room.” He told her, which was true since she wasn’t too far away from her room. “If you need anything you should…” He hesitated. “Call Oliver.” With a tiny smirk he turned around and left.
