Introducing: A teen and child townie subhood!

Included is a townie subhood with 16 sims: 4 teen girls, 4 teen boys, 4 child boys, 3 child girls, and 1 nonbinary child. (Counted as a female sim, but I'd really appreciate if you played them as nonbinary in your own game. They are the child with the meg hairstyle doing moose ears in the preview, and it's also noted in their bio.)

This hood was inspired by @profesionalpartyguest's own teen and child pool. Which I suggested. But here's my own - we really need more teen and child options!

Sims have unique Pooklet'd faces, diverse genetics and recessives, extreme personalities, and preset gender preferences. I also took a page out of @plumbtales' book and gave all of the teens cell phones.

WARNING: You NEED creaturefixes for this townie pack. One of the teenagers has human skin and alien eyes - if creaturefixes isn't installed, she will just have whatever eye color is painted onto your skintone, and trust me, she's kind of terrifying with them.

Installation instructions: Extract JUTW, find your TS2 installation folder, and place in Best of Business\EP3\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate if you have the UC, or The Sims 2 Open For Business\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate if you have discs. After you add the subhood, you can safely delete it.

Sorry to bother, but I noticed the teen townie from your townie pool with the black hair and gray and green jacket seem to have missing eye genetics in my game. What was the original eye colour? I absolutely adore your townies, but would like him to pass on the right genes.

Get Puppy and Get Kitten Wants Replaced

I've never liked that these puppy and kitten wants can't be fulfilled with adult animals, so I replaced them with more general get dog/cat wants that will be fulfilled by cats and dogs of any age, no matter if the pet comes to the family through adopting, buying, or breeding.

This mod only affects these two wants and doesn't replace the combined get puppy or kitten want. That one still gets fulfilled by puppies and kittens only.

As this is a want replacement, the mod's name is Wants.package and it can't be renamed in order for it to work. It goes into your downloads folder like any other mod. If you have other wants mods that edit different wants, they're compatible as long as you keep them in separate folders or merge them.
