i’ve mostly abandoned this blog and moved on for several reasons, and i’m sure a lot of my friends on here have as well, but it’s been quite a long time so i thought i’d post a little life update!
i’ve been with ryan for about three years now, and we’ve been engaged for one year. we plan on getting married in april under my favorite tree and i couldn’t be happier :^) i didn’t know it was so possible to be so in tune with someone
im planning on moving in hopefully a little less than a year to his home in the uk. im so incredibly excited for the opportunities that i’ll have there. i can’t believe i got this lucky
i’ve spent a lot of time working on my mental health. it’s hard, and it’s work i do every day, but i’ve made so much progress and i can’t believe how much better i feel day to day than i used to. healing is tough, but it’s so so worth it
im changing my name and gender marker by the end of the month, it’s so exciting! i realized i was trans a full decade ago and it’s wild that it’s Finally Happening. im excited not to be deadnamed by paypal anymore lmao
more than anything, im safe, im happy, and i feel more loved and supported by my partner and my friends than i ever have. my younger self would be so jealous! i have a lot more progress to make (and have some fun projects i’d like to work on), but it’s so good to feel good, yknow?
also heres me with my best guy :^) no one makes me smile more, and i can’t wait to call myself his husband
