In a café today and I love the atmosphere. I’m watching Diana chamomile and planning out my goals for the month and for the week. Finishing a delicious chai tea latte. I’ve treated myself quite a bit today so tomorrow I’ll really try to eat better. I suppose I haven’t eaten that bad today but I may have already had a matcha latte in LA this morning. I’m excited for the week though. I feel confident about this month. I hope everyone’s having a wonderful day and is as excited about the upcoming week as I am :)

Final proofreading of this journal before it is published. I also came up with a title last weekend and it feels right, like it’s all finally coming together. I’m going to miss being a co-editor and spending so much time thinking about the Mediterranean (!) but mostly I am looking forward to being able to share this work at last 🌝

I’ve written my first notes for summer school!! And I’ve now done about 18 hours of #thestudyingnovember challenge! Today has been a really good day. I met up with a friend that I hadn’t seen in ages, cleaned up a lot of clutter in my room, and got everything done that was on my to-do list 😀 .
