Toss a bit into the wax of a burning candle, then drop a match into the rest and let it go up in smoke. Relax in the space for as long as needed before taking up your work :)

I’ve been meaning to post about this for a while~

For Christmas my best friend got me a whole load of all kinds of herbs and I’ve began bottling them! And when I say he got me a lot I mean a lot this isn’t even half of them! But I got a cute little box to hold most of them and it’s my little apothecary!

Peace of Mind Bath Salts

A spell to bring peace of mind and ease away one’s worries and anxieties while relaxing in a warm comforting bath. Good for use after stressful days, before a big day or after a particularly hard ritual or spell.

You will Need:

Epsom Salt

Eucalyptus Essential Oil (protection, healing)

Tangerine Essential Oil (adds power to mixes)

Rose Petals, dried (peace)

Spearmint, dried (peace, protection)

Lavender, dried (peace, protection)

Mortar and Pestle 

Container (I use mason jars)

Steps:

Add rose petals, lavender, and spearmint to mortar and pestle, grind until it is very fine. While grinding you  may listen to relaxing music or rain drop sounds to promote the feeling of peace and relaxation in the room.

Fill your container with the Epsom Salt then add the ground up herbs

Add 4 drops of Tangerine Oil and 3 Drops Eucalyptus (these amounts may vary depending on size of container using)

Use a spoon or stick to stir and mix the salts. Close container and shake it vigorously to further the mixing.

Add desired amount to bath, I enjoy using ½ cup personally, store in a dry area.
