I have actual headcanons for this for multiple characters. Saga is mainly a Necromancer but has some Mesmer abilities which she used to keep her look young and beautiful despite being a lich like Joko. Morr is mainly a Warrior, but being an ex Inquest agent, he is also a talented engineer, abilities he uses for his prosthetic arm and weapons. Hanabell is a Ranger/Elementalist, Lileodrys used to be a Warrior before becoming a Revenant, Pann is an Engineer/Thief And many more characters are multiclassed, even if in game I play them only through their main profession.
