Life's irony is missing a birthday party for a funeral

I heard on the radio this morning that 50,000 people took their lives last year and 70,000 overdosed on drugs. It was the highest death year since they started keeping track 100 years ago. My back hurts and I've been talking to the sky a lot... I wonder what my statistic will be.

I keep thinking of cutting my hair off I've been growing it for so long but I think it's stopped it needs a change I've been brushing it and loving it and I try to encourage it but maybe it just needs a fresh start a run in the woods a long one where it hurts to breathe and u see a deer in the tunnel and u think wow I'll just keep going cause what's stopping me well I never thought of myself as a runner but I guess that's kind of the point

Looking to forward to things is a good way to get by
